He doesn't flirt with other girls. He's actually very straightfoward in his approach meaning when girls get friendly with him, he doesn't reciprocate. If you think it might just be the work situation, you can get a friend to look up the regs for your company dictating intra-office romance and cite to him how and why it's ok  That's what I did with mine  ------------------

hmmMy sun moon and venus are in Gemini and conjunct too and my jupiter is in virgo squaring my gem placements... I'm kinda the same way, I would totally try and hug you if you gave me a present, I would totally complement you too. You're actually really attractive OP. I think Gems are overly friendly and affectionate..
