You're welcome.Usually with 1st house synastry, the planet person feels comfortable around the 1st house person. Since he has his Sun and Mercury in your 1st, he may find it easy to be himself around you, and to talk to you. His Moon in your 1st may suggest that he'd find it easy to open up to you, but here it makes a square to your Saturn so after some time, he may censor himself and not feel comfortable talking to you about deep things (like emotions or feelings). But nonetheless, I think there's potential for good feelings, at least initially. Now, the Saturn afflictions will become visible only after some time, usually initially you can barely notice them. That's why I think as long as you're not very close, it can go smoothly, but once you wanna get past the facade, it may be tricky, and lots of fears and insecurities can be triggered. If your planets fall in his 12th, you'll have a deep effect on him, he may feel like he can see through you, or vice versa - you can see through him. In its best expression, it can lead to a lot of care, compassion and affection. In its negative expression, it can point to secrets, misunderstandings, false hopes and unfounded idealisation. 12th house usually highlights psychic connections and feels like a deep bond with the other person - dreaming of each other is quite common, and "feeling" each other, as well. Keep me updated, okay? I'd like to know what'll happen IP: Logged |

Do you mean only the conjunction or does it apply for the other aspects as well? IP: Logged |

My parents have an exact Saturn-SN-conjunction, and been happily married to each other for almost 40 years. Of course they have other nice things going on. I found the Saturn-SN conjunction to be very much of a glue factor in my own synastry, though it IS heavy. However, if there are no nice balancing factors in synastry, I probably would agree with that interpretation. It might be just too draining. IP: Logged |

Who would be disgusted by whom? Saturn disgusted by the north node, or the other way around? IP: Logged |

Since you mentioned it was based on your experience, were you the node person or Saturn person? And which node was it, the north or south? IP: Logged |

Hmm, I have a different experience and observation concerning the nodes then.

I was the node person It happened a few times with some peopleI was really disgusted by this proffesor from one of my class at first sight, he just irked me and gave me the shivers. His saturn was on my south node. When he would chat with me, I would find excuses to leave. I'm usually not like that and I don't mind chatting with people who approach me. He ended up being really irritating through out the year and making things difficult for me and for everyone. I suspect there was an unpleasant past life connection. IP: Logged |

Maybe it's different with the South Node, because I've experienced the square (and it's like glue) and the conjunction to the North Node, and nope, no disgust - at least not at first sight. It's like you can feel it's sort of "heavy", but it doesn't necessarily manifest in repulsion. But I do agree that these connections can be quite uncomfortable, especially when you haven't quite balanced your Nodes yet, and if the Saturn in question is afflicted (natally or in synastry). I'd also like to add that a lot of long-term couples and marriages have a Saturn/Node connection, because it makes for a very strong bond.

It certainly is not disgust for my parents either. My Dad is the South Node Person, and he is still completely enarmoured with my mom.
