What aspects would they have in their chart? Why are they unable or unwilling to stand on their own two feet financially? And most of all - why do they try to use/manipulate others into supporting them financially?

Not if they have Cap rising and a strong Saturn influence.I would never feel comfortable having someone else support me.It'd be nice,but I'd always have this guilt about not doing it on my own.

Maybe a Leo Mars.I know three that are exactly like this.I'm not saying all Leo mars,cause if I'm not mistaken Derek Jeter also has this mars.

I have both these features in my natal chart:
Neptune in Sagittarius 8H
Jupiter Cancer
Neptune square Moon

I grew up with a lot of neglect and sadly throughout adolescence, that left me needing to support myself. Unfortunately not really savvy to how proper care for one's self happens (Job, save money, pay debts, etc), I lived by scavenging wherever I could (usually the kitchens, couches, and transportation of friends). As I got older and really started to comprehend my situation, instead of realizing the proper way to fix it, I revenge mooched off my parents (then friends, then parents again, ad nauseum.

It took several years before understanding I did the best with what I was given, but not caring for myself properly was an indicator that I loved myself least of the people I demanded care from. So I fixed it.

I got in a huge fight with my parents and my friend let me live with her. I eventually did feel I owed my friends more than I can offer, like I was a charity case. The feeling was not good and moved back with my family.

I decided to go to a regular high school because I just felt very isolated and inferior.

^^; I am certain he has Libra Sun and Venus... I believe he had Jupiter in the 12th squaring them. debilitated Jupiter... in the 12th... square Venus... not good. >.<; ^^;

He was an alright guy, tell the truth, but one thing absolutely bothered me, and it bothered me more that it didn't bother him... you don't go taking someone out "on a date" (to a restaurant) and then drop it on them after eating the meal, that they will be paying for both of you. lol Now, now... that was only one example of his moochiness. (not a real word, but eh... I'm tired and it works.) He could't give me the full run around... I'd say it was because I'm a Capricorn, but.... so was the next girl he went out with. lol (I'm an "air void" though! so..... maybe that's it?)

He was a rather lazy sort, scrub, I mean... his parents weren't terribly well off, but they put up with him decently, paying him whenever he needed money to fill his tank, taking him along on their vacations even though they were really wanting to get away on their own and couldn't afford to have their youngest son tagging along. Well, that's just it really, he was the baby... and they babied him. Also... you know that saying, "dimple on chin, devil within"? so him... haha He had just enough charm to sucker a few girls into whatever he wanted to do, (not like that... before anyone even goes there; he was a decent guy - just kinda' sorta' spoiled*), but... going to the local "dive" in the middle of the night for a gd milkshake... taking him out bowling (we live in a town called "boredom" to those big city folks,*coughcoughlikemyhusbandcoughcough* but meh... I liked it)! The girl after me paid for everything they did together, she was rather flaky though *tbh!*, love her... sheesh. I think she dropped an entire paycheck on his minigolf-arcade spree... >.< (they have the best food out there, I won't get into it, but the place is awesome, and generally worth every penny - but when you are dating.... at least make it "Dutch", eh? Plus, it's a bit of a long drive away for those in my locale.)

Long story short... I think there's got to be a conflict between Jupiter and or Venus, if not by the aspect than by the house and rulership.

(sorry so long-winded~ I ramble when exhausted lately... don't mind me!) *whistles away*

(I would not say it is a Libra thing though! just to be clear there, my mother, grandfather, and a good number of other relatives and friends are Libras who would never be caught moochin' or lazying about... this was just the case of a pudgy-bellied, youngest child who thought he was a prince to be coddled by everyone, and because his parents so tolerated it for all his years he really felt entitled to the same from each and every person he met to the point it literally confused him when someone brought it to his attention that he really should be holding up his end of things instead of expecting everything on a sliver platter.) lol (*as an update, he's living at home yet with his poor parents, and still getting by on the coat tails of his buddies and gfs... guess if it's not broken, don't fix it~ it works for him~ haha)

My father had so many moochers around when I was young, right up until he fell ill actually... he attracted them like flies!!!! But, that's what you come to expect in his *um* business, and with his Pisces Sun/Leo Asc.... it was inevitable that he'd allow himself to be suckered time and time again...
