Why do people use whole house systems with western astrology...You only use that with vedic astrology. FYI The houses actually don't change in Vedic whole house system.. Lol amateurs. IP: Logged |

Some people find it accurate. Personally, I like Placidus & Koch best. But, to each their own! IP: Logged |

When interpreting my natal, I prefer Placidus and Koch because I do not relate well to the results offered by equal houses. Maybe, in synastry and composite, equal houses would make things much easier to figure out? I like the idea the planets will go into the houses with their signs on the cusps, for the most part. I've tried using Whole House / Equal House systems in synastry and I haven't found them to be accurate.Koch makes sense for me in natal but still, Placidus is my favorite. IP: Logged |

that's cause the whole system was not made for tropical. You're right people can use whatever they want but majority of people won't find it accurate. IP: Logged |

I just realized I am thinking of whole signs, not equal houses. When I cast my chart with equal houses, it's a lot like Koch. Saturn gets moved to house seven and I think it belongs there more than it does house eight. I definitely feel house seven Saturn!IP: Logged |
