Like I didn't get a proper mobile phone till I was about 12 (start of high school) but I see younger kids nowadays walking around with iPhone's. I think..."Why on earth do they need phones?!?!" As if they would have a decent use for them.

I also think because they are so inclined to the internet or technological devices, their overall IQ is likely to drop because they just seem to spend their free time on having fun rather than doing studying or w/e.

Parents with Pluto in Sag kids are more likely to "buy" their kids attention rather that properly interact with them and build a rapport with their children, which seems ridiculous.

The Sag Plutos born from 1998 on (except for late August through late November and most if January) have Neptune in Aquarius, so they were basically born into the technology culture that was prevalent at the time, like how we were born during the Neptune in Capricorn materialism culture, and when Pluto goes into Aquarius they will have their illusions that they were brought up with collapse, like ours did when Pluto went into Capricorn. Most of their parents are Pluto in Libra, who are prone to things like giving their kids stuff like that to be nice, make them feel more equal, and keep the peace (all Libra traits). The Sag Plutos I know are extremely intelligent, most likely because they have that technology on them 24/7, which allows them to research things quite easily (so much ISN'T taught in the education system).
