12th house stellium--Great call, Doux. I think the 12th house is more than covert. It is like living inside the subconscious of someone and is very, very powerful imeI had one personal experience with it but I felt so much intensity and bonding with the person, so that is all I have to go on. Along with what everyone else said:
They have a progressed composite with a:
Sun conjunct Venus wide
Sun-Saturn square which in some relationships can add length to the relationship.
Venus-Pluto square 4 orbs wide
Moon-Mars opposite exact which can keep the emotional heat.
Venus-Chiron conjunction
Moon in the 2nd:exalted position in relation to the zodiac 2nd house traditionally ruling Taurus
Jupiter in the 4th
Mars in 8th= very deep and perhaps intense relationship
With asteroids if your into them:
They have a lot Valentine Double Whammies in synastry
Valentine-Moon DW
Valentine-Asc DW
Valentine-Chiron DW

I didnt check the progressions but the progressed Composite wouldn't explain the 30- years love. Even though it would explain why they got finally together after all. Valentine asteroid...I personally only count the conjunctions and the oppositions in close orbites, no more than 2, and these two birds have None. In fact, her Valentine is completely unaspected while his valentine makes a square to her Saturn. The ones that you mentioned are with wide ( over 5 degree) orbites and are all sextilles and trines and, yeah...

EmGem,re-reading this thread just reminded me of all the great people who used to post on here and the discussions we used to have..ahh yes, their synastry defies the 12th house notion that it doesn't produce a real relationship.
BTW, I have seen Sun-Uranus composite square a lot recently, in celebrity composites. It doesn't look like all doom and gloom. I think Meghan and Prince Harry have it too. IP: Logged |

Yes! And so did Channing and his ex wife. I think they lasted 10 years but I may be wrong.
My friends are happily married with it too.I know I know, i was thinking that too with all the old posters. I disappeared for a little while because I wanted to do a lot of soul searching without having to rely on astrology. I needed it out of my life with the intensity I was giving it. But I still lurk here and there lol.

His Eros conjunct s my NN. However the composite NN/Venus wide conjunction conjunct both our natal NN. I think that makes a difference. It feels like the universe wants this relationship to grow grow grow.
His soul touches me deeply. We have a strong psychic connection where we feel each other’s feelings from afar. We’re in different countries at the moment. He seems to know when I’m feeling like I need his comfort and texts me at that exact time pretty much every single time. It blows my mind... Do you mean what are his Saturn and Pluto doing to me? Well his Pluto squares my Venus but it’s 8 degrees

Sorry guys… you missed the main system that actually is more telling then anything (12th house or venus Neptune or midpoints)It’s the Duad and Dwad.
