Both my little niece and nephew have their Sun opposite their Moon in their natal and both are exact
Does that mean that the parents are not in harmony with each other?IP: Logged |

I've got this aspect and it happens to be 4th/10th houses for me. In my case, I'd say yes, but I've also got Venus-Mars square to back this up. Are you trying to determine the quality of the parents' relationship based off the charts of their children? I think you'd need more than just this one thing occurring in both niece/nephew charts to verify that. Also, my parents were married to each other (faithfully!) for over 50 years, so even though there was tension between my parents doesn't mean that their marriage is in trouble. Most likely it means that your niece/nephew both experience their parents as being very different from one another in some way (such as one being very emotional and the other not so much, one being very loud and showy whereas the other is quiet and retiring or something along those lines). Each child will need to work on finding a balance within themselves between what they view as "masculine" versus "feminine" behavior. IP: Logged |

Traditionally, yes.The conflict (which can be covert) is then integrated in the child's psyche and reflects a split between one side and the opposite side. Most people with a Sun / Moon opposition can adapt themselves very well to different circumstances and people because they've learned from an early age to compromise with their mother and father, trying to find common ground and harmonizing opposites. I have Sun in Cancer and Moon in Cap and both are square Pluto. My parents hate eachother and have always used me as a mediator..IP: Logged |
