Trying to get this right.
If I'm not comfortable and good emotional connection. Zero.... None.
If the above is true, very! If out and about I like just little touches of the hand, etc. It doesn't need to be constant but can be. It seems like I need it although I won't have a fit about it.

My sister has an unaspected 8th house Taurus moon and she's the complete opposite of affectionate. lol I'm pretty affectionate with my words, especially online. I hug my close friends. However with my family, I'm not very affectionate with them although they show affection to me. Idk why, people usually are supposed to be more affectionate with their family than with their friends.

Until one of us breaks the ice, I don't stare and I don't touch, beyond a polite handshake or a platonic hug in greeting.After that... oh baby. If you wanted an affectionate guy, you just scored the jackpot. I will do public affection sometimes; I'm not a big hand-holder. Although I playfully, mercilessly teased and flirted with my previous girlfriend once, for about half an hour, while we were waiting to be seated at a restaurant. That's one of my happiest memories. In private it's different. I *love* to touch and... explore. That's why I wanted to get you behind closed doors (or I let you "drag" me there  ). I will cuddle, kiss, give massages, caress and pet you for *hours*. Sun in Scorpio, Venus and Mars conjunct in Virgo in the 8th house.

If I don't like someone I hate them touching me.
But If I like someone I'm really affectionate and touchy and all this.
