On topic: the most vindictive person i know was a girl i met in high-school: Aqua sun/saturn, saggi moon, pisces venus. She was extremely insecure and tried to take revenge on something it didnt exist.

All right, I know Scorpio / Pluto energy *can* be vindicative - I know I used to be, and still have my "bad" moments, but usually Scorpios (the Suns, at least) are evolved enough to let it go and let karma do its job.

The ASC's are more fierce, I think.

It is! I've only heard of the Phoenix, but I've never heard of the eagle and the lizard.

And yeah, Water placements in general (or a strong, afflicted Moon) could incline someone to plot revenge - after all, it's about hurt feelings and Watery people are very sensitive / emotional.
