*puts hand up* and it is so hard. I mean saturn is all cold and hardworking and keeping things private so how does this work out for It in 5th?I heard it means low self esteem (me), jealousy of others and this need to be popular and wanted (me), and all this creative energy that has fear to come out (me) I also have jupiter in 5th. I am not sure how to overcome this restricting aspect. I have all these ideas and all these dreams to be an actor (neptune trine midheaven ofc) so how do I overcome this? My chart: IP: Logged |

Guys...! Can't you see we're having a funeral banquet here?m.blade, I think we just need time (I know, frustrating). I can relate to some of the things you mentioned. Don't expect from yourself to make huge progress in a short time. We need to make little steps, step by step. ------------------ I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy. IP: Logged |

Yes to above. You'll try to have fun but then he'll just remind you. Like say you'll just go out and take a risk and then satty will be like 'Everyone here is going to judge you and think bad' but really that won't happen but he's telling you and FORCING to you believe that. Like asking Capricorn to not care if they do something wrong: But I have jupiter in 5th too so how would that change things? And this is the story of my early childhood. My mom is a Leo and I have moon in Leo and I've always been a happy kid who loves to be outgoing and childish and my Dad (who has HEAVY cap influence in his chart) would tell me to stop and my mom being my mom would just laugh and joke, I love my parents. They are like polar opposites. So yeah I think that saturn in 5th represents a kind happy spirit but its being shadowed by this fear and this isolation and this sort of layer of adult authority hindering this lovely child spirit who is afraid to be a child because his dad will say no. Are they conjunct? I have Sun, Venus, Neptune, NN and Saturn there. What do you think I am supposed to do? Hmm. It seems to me you should find some outlet for your creativity. You don't have to tell anyone about it, at least in the beginning. And if you were good at it I'm pretty sure it would help your self-esteem Orange, better ------------------ I'm sooo happy! Nah they are not conjunct. But saturn also has some good things about it. It defo means someone creativey and artsy. I've never had stage fright but this fear of not being good enough and not cut out and not popular enough.Saturn in 5th is afraid of taking risks to their ego as it is already shadowed by this doom and gloom. With jupiter in 5th (ruler of 1st in 5th) I make myself a big deal. I need to be out there but inside ill have this feeling of low esteem which is oh so common with saturn. To top that off, it gives hard aspects to my moon (dad became less visible when I was 8), mercury (super critical of what I say and I beat myself up over things I say), mars and uranus: my saturn has no good aspects. And I've got saturn coming up to my ascendant soon. I can't wait to see how that plays out. IP: Logged |

I don't have easy Saturn aspects either (and it's my dominant planet). You know, I think we could make a living out of something creative/artistic someday, even though our Daddy is a pain in the ass now. We just need to wait for the right moment and tie him when he turns around Maybe we need to turn fun into a job (fun job) so that it all works. ------------------ I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy. We sure will Gosh; my mom has saturn on her ascendant too *scream* She is a SUPER pessimist and scared of so much! And she hates being criticised as her leo ego will be harmed. My parents force their experiences onto us; both immigrants who had HEAVY time struggling. My mom wanted to stay in home country but my dads moon in sag wanted to go and try a new adventure and my mom came along because hey. She couldn't be alone lol Not to mention my dads moon square uranus! Could he be more distant?? And he's passed this onto me in a more manageable form of an opposition. Gosh I'm blabbing on again haha IP: Logged |

I think what we should do is lock him up in a warm room with a couple of toys, some make up and clothes and come back later in a couple of hours hahaIP: Logged |

I have saturn in the 5th house.I decided I am going to try to blow the planet up. LOL jk I used to have low self esteem. But I'm surprising not jealous of others (too self absorbed) and too shy to want to be popular. I do have issues with being creative. I'm just not... I'm hoping this placement denies me of anymore kids. One is enough for me xD I think this placement also prevents me from going around trying to sleep with everyone. I'm not very romantic (balances my charming venus libra haha). IP: Logged |

I would imagine having Saturn in the 5th would not be a lot of fun, literally. The 5th is all about fun, love affairs, creativity, among other things and Saturn can put a damper on all that. You are serious about having fun,and the two really don't go together. It's hard to just let go.You have all kinds of blocks insecurities about your creative abilities, and it takes awhile to get going in that direction.I do not have Saturn in the 5th but I do have Capricorn on the cusp of the 5th and although I do love children in some ways they also terrify me--hodadIP: Logged |
