I think we don't have the means to test it in a tangible way yet (how exactly the planetary patterns affect humans), the actual physics of it, but like the moon phases study, we have the means to test it from an intangible statistical standpoint. And we have.IP: Logged |

But it would be great if we could, wouldn't it?Astrology could even be taught at school! Actually the Brahmins ( the priests) in India have to study Vedic astrology. IP: Logged |

Okay thanks YTA.Now that we have YTA's western chart, can western astrology explains 1) That YTA has only sons
2) That YTA is comfortable in his finances
3) That YTA got married when he was 30 years old.

I recommend watching a documentary from A&E called
Ancient Mysteries: Astrology: Secrets in the Stars.It goes through the origin of Astrology (modern day Iraq). It talks about Hitler and WWII and an Astrologer who many years earlier gave the birth chart of who she thought would be an ideal leader for Germany. Which matched Hitlers.
It talks about Evangeline Adams who was responsible for introducing Astrology to the United States. She had to go to court for... oh it something like selling false services or whatever. I won't spoil it but she used Astrology to get herself out of that pickle. It's a really good documentary! Of course they interview scientists who of course call it bogus. Vic Dicara is a Vedic Astrologer with a few videos on youtube. He gives an interesting explanation of the differences of Vedic and Tropical along with explaining the houses, etc. Pretty interesting. He gives a good illustration on a scientific level of the difference. Scientists... I think they just don't want to believe that they spent so much time studying and observing and something else to it all that they can't see. :P IP: Logged |
