Completely off topic (sort of), but... Seriously! I have a few long-standing friendships, but as every planet known to mankind has been making hard aspects to my Saturn over the past few years (Cancer 12 degrees), I've ditched a ton of friends and become an effing hermit. I prefer solitude to socializing mainly because I tend to absorb other people’s feelings, emotions so I get exhausted very quickly. This could be due to my Pisces stellium. I need to learn a shielding technique or something like that to save myself from being an emotional sponge.I also hate small talks (mercury conjunct saturn, Cap in 3rd house cusp) which is the main part of socializing. I have not had a great experience with socializing as I also have chiron in 11th and T. Saturn in 11th and 12th effed up my remaining social life pretty badly. I have pluto in 1st so I tend to intimidate people which does not help me in making a good first impression which is needed for socializing so my stellium in 4th chooses to stay at home. Aspects and placements responsible in my case - - Pisces stellium
- Stellium in 4th
- Chiron in 11th
- Mercury conjunct Saturn

I don't mind socializing but it can be quite draining on me, eventually putting me in a extremely foul mood. Which is why I avoid parties if I can and prefer quiet place to talk or have dinner.Exceptions being concerts. Sag sun, Pisces Asc, Aries moon. IP: Logged |

With 11H Gemini Mars, I have to talk sometimes, it's like my karmic assignment to yammer away to people.With my 8H Pisces moon, I love when I don't do that. I love long walks in the forest...I never tire of being alone, just wandering and keeping my own counsel. IP: Logged |

I love my walks in the middle of the night. They start out with me stressed and needing an escape, and end with my just walking, listening to whatever is out there, thinking, and enjoying the space to myself. I really want to be a morning person, but I've missed my walks. I wish I lived in the area of the Redwoods.IP: Logged |

Strangely i don't have any planets in 11th or 12th house. My mars is close to the 11th house cusp but I don't feel it there, I am not a social person. When I am too long with other people they turn into vampires that suck my desire for life. IP: Logged |

Hmmm, I think I’m both. My angles all have a 7th house connection.The ruler of my first house (Venus) is in the 7th According to Café –astrology, much of my life will be tied into partnerships and I think this is accurate. I am very similar to Libra; as I tend to make my decisions based on the input that others have given. I also try to accommodate all people concerned. The ruler of 10th house of reputation and public standing (Saturn) is in the 7th I care a lot of what people think of me and the impression I make on others. The traditional ruler of the 7th house (Mars) as well as the “modern” ruler Pluto, both have 7th house connection. Mars falls in the 6th house, but the ruler of the 6th house is the 7th (Venus). So Mars answers to the 7th house. The “modern” ruler of the 7th house (Pluto) sits in its own house (7th). My partners or people I am predominantly attracted to are quite social and like having people around. They also take work (6th) and friendships (7th) quite seriously and are invested in both. The only angle that contradicts this need for social mixing is the 4th house(ruler is the Sun) which has no relations with the 7th but falls in the 8th with other planets(Uranus, Neptune, Jupiter) therein. So I reckon that the conjunction with Neptune (which is the closest) is the reason why I do prefer some much needed time alone.
