Are you a Rabbit, too?

Yes I am! That's awesome that we have so much in common! Pleased to make your acquaintance, Faith (although I think we've touched base on here once or twice).

I'm a rabbit, too. And I've been trying to grow my own food. I had big plans for the garden this year, but couldn't afford to follow through on them - I also couldn't get the help I needed in getting it all sorted.

Violets,
Nice to meet you, too! If I haven't already.

Hi teasel!

I love my fellow Rabbits. <3

ETA, I should have mentioned that I just do a tiny bit of gardening and am probably not much further ahead than you, teasel. We have several kinds of herbs, strawberries, wheatgrass (my maincrop nowadays) and wild blueberries...but they are maintenance-free. Not sure if they count.

Sorry to hear about your garden plans, teasel.

It can be an expensive endeavor, but all I really needed was a pick ax (as mentioned, Mars in Capricorn here, heh) and some seeds.

But my husband planted all of the seedlings and things like that. I like the things that grow here naturally...blackberry bushes are like weeds here, so I think we'll have plenty of honey jam (if I can get around to making it, ha).

With the Uranus square Saturn annoyance (I'm blaming Uranus anyway), our washer keeps throwing out the electrical switch in the garage, and all I want to do is sit by myself and listen to loud, aggressive music like I'm 13 years old or something.

My son has a Libra moon, so the aggro music has to wait until I'm driving to work.

Maybe next season the planets will give you a break, teasel.

Yay for Rabbits!
I don't know much about Chinese astrology Starlight, but I did start to get into Feng Shui when we bought this house, if that counts.

See, this is what Pluto in hard aspect does, I guess. I went from being a semi-single city dweller who was kind of a workaholic and moderate hipster...to being a stay-at-home mom who lives in the mountains and spends my time making laundry detergent, playing with my son, and working in my garden.

The outfit I have on right now is ridiculous, I look like the Crocodile Hunter, hahahaha.

Still no real complaints here (except from transiting Uranus, who has been particularly obnoxious lately).

When I look back on some of the transits (Pluto square Venus, for example), it felt like hell at the time, but I got through it with my relationship (now marriage) intact.

Pluto square Pluto for me has been more about searching the depths of my psyche (not always fun, but definitely a bit of a relief when I get to let go of tired, old thoughts and behaviors). I hope that my marriage won't be affected.

Uranus square my Saturn is just absolutely nerve wracking, and I'm constantly on edge.

That must be rough with so many planets being affected for you. Do you have a stellium?

I meant 2012....houses affected are 11, 2, 3, 5, 8.

^^ Charlie--

I also have my 11th, 5th, and 3rd houses being affected (Saturn in 11th, Capricorn in 5th/6th, and Pluto in 3rd).

A lot of us with Pluto in Libra (go figure).

It's affected me in a reasonably benign way (so far...knock on wood or something), but I can see it affecting those areas specifically.

I think my Saturn is getting it the worst, though. Maybe I'm just feeling it more because Uranus is exact in a square to it, but yeah...very isolating. And then when I do talk to people (especially at work, how embarrassing) I CANNOT stop talking.

I'll be glad when Uranus moves on and stops harassing my Saturn.
