Lunae, many of the close conjunctions are present because of closeness in age - e.g., amonst the outer planets, chiron too. That may present a skewed picture of compatibility.

Basically that person made half of my internship hell, so yeah.

We were good friends (and drinking buddies). I did like her until she betrayed me

@Astro Keen, yeah, I can see your point. So okay, disregarding the aspects to the outer planets, we have a t-square. It's similar to what I have in my natal, so maybe that explains why we were repelled by each other in the end.

Like I mentioned above, we were good friends. I'll check the transits during the exact day she betrayed me (yes, I remember the date lol)

Yeah I suspected jealousy.
probably pluto action.
I don't have any enemies..
Well I did in high school but it was more of a betrayal from a "friend"

^I don't think there was a jealousy issue. Idk what entered her mind when she said things about me. We had such a fun time then things turned 360 degrees haha.

I checked the transits. There was a stellium in my 12th house, the house of hidden enemies which explains it a lot. Then t.mercury and venus rx in my 12th house completed the t-square we had in our synastry which resulted in a grand cross. Transit jupiter was exactly on my 12th house cusp opposing my Scorpio planets.

That's what jealousy can do.
She liked you until she started feeling small or inadequate.
and jealousy grew.
But i try not to get close to people at my internship..
Besides most people are too competive and snide anyways.

@Kero, LOL Well it's okay, at least I knew her true colors and at least she taught me to be more careful on who to trust.

@Prism, the angles too are one of the most prominent stuff I noticed in the charts.

So, going back to angles and a question I'm interested in -

I wonder if there is any difference in term of longevity as to which angles form close aspects. Is AC/DC more common in long- term marriages and AC/MC not so?

I'd like to know too.
I can just post examples

27 year marriage, romance level has evolved to a companionship however there is undying blind loyalty.
Most likely fated.
Thee one on the outside feels it was fated to be.
The inside native feel like it was just love.

The active second & fourth house clearly indicates the marriage was based on security.
That is the reality

No angle conjuctions here, but close aspects between angles and planets. Vertex too.

2nd and 4th are active mostly bcause that is where the natal placements are.

Red Venus conjunct blue MC and trines Mars and Pluto, Saturn conjunct DC, Mercury trine Moon - lots of nice aspects.

Lunae,

If I didn't know better, I'd have said the second synastry looks better than the first.

But her Sun falls right on your DSC and that can mean competition when it's between people of the same sex.
So I wouldn't be surprised if she was indeed jealous of you.
The transits make perfect sense, also - 12th house.
I hope that person is not in your life anymore!
You're such a cutie

Nope.
From what I've read and observed, it really doesn't matter that much.
Angle / planet conjunctions (especially if said planet rules an angular house) are the most potent.
Angle / angle conjunctions are quite important too but they seem to be less binding.

Lol, thanks Doux! I have not been in contact with this person for more than a year now.

But ikr? our synastry looks better than me and my best friend lol She's my confidante about almost everything. I would be devastated if she too became my enemy. I hope not.

Thanks Doux. I posted my synastry earlier in this thread and now here again. A recent birth time correction revealed an Asc conjunt Sun DW. His Sun is conjunct my Asc in Leo, ruler of his house - potent you said, How nice!

You're welcome, girl.
I really don't think your best friend will become your enemy. Don't worry about it.

Astro keen,

That synastry has some very binding aspects. Wow, it looks good!
There's a lot of angular house activity, Venus conjunct NN, Mars conjunct Pluto, Moon conjunct Moon and Moon conjunct DSC, Sun on ASC dw like you said with your Sun being your chart ruler, Mercury trine Moon, Sun conjunct Neptune.. lots of very good things.
The only thing that could potentially become disrupting is Uranus squaring the Sun - you are the Sun person, do you feel some inconsistency with that person? Like an on and off thing?

ETA: Oh wait, you don't have that one! It's a natal aspect of yours, my bad.

Are you in a relationship with that person?
How is it going?

Yes, this is a current relationship, mostly long distance. An important fated one from all accounts or so the asteroids say. Yes, on occassion inconsistent, which keeps me wondering and anxious, something I am prone to do anyway. And we seem to have a telepathic link which makes me wonder if my anxiety causes him to be inconsistent!!! When things are good, when we meet up for example, it is just amazing - complete ease and understanding at many levels.

Ok just read the end of your post - then it must be me suspecting him of being inconsistent. Yes, that sounds about right.

I see.
Maybe it's his Neptune on your Sun, though.
Neptune can be elusive.. not very decisive.
But really I think you should try and work it out because there's so much potential here!
What does the composite look like?

Generally good, apart from an unfortunate T- square which could be our undoing. Any thoughts?

its_aqua,

It looks intense!
Wow.

Moon / Saturn dw, Venus / Pluto, her Sun conjuncts your stellium..

How is your relationship with her?

Astro keen,

It looks goooooood!!
The Moon is really far away for it to be a T-square, I wouldn't count it.
Venus trine Moon = <3 good feelings.
Moon in the 5th = romance! creativity, children? haha.
Sun conjunct Mercury and Mars on the ASC.. okay this is really good.
It means the relationship itself is well-defined and there's a sense of unity.
Similar ways of thinking, and generally compatible points of view.
And some sparks and chemistry of course.

I think the problem here may come from Pluto in the 12th (hidden power plays?) square Saturn in the 3rd - problems talking things out whenever it's about unpleasant stuff (Pluto rules the 3rd).
Does that fit?

It sucks! It is like a roller coaster. I love her and hate her at the same time. In a few words, I cant really express my feelings freely to her. It is like a burden. I could also admit that I always feared her reactions, cause she has a really short temper. It has just begun to be a tiny little bit better now that Im growing up, but I certainly dont have many happy memories with her.

Yes, sparks and chemistry, lots. We also have Kaali conjunct Karma and Union exact, all trining Eros.

So glad to hear that the T-sqaure has lost some of its kick. Thanks to the birth time correction.

Re problems talking things out whenever it's about unpleasant stuff - does that mean not being forthright enough? Yes, very true for him. This stems from his need to maintain harmony. But that would never work. I am sure the challenges presented by Pluto could be overcome.

@Doux,yes, I really hope so.

Here's a chart of me and my mom:

edit: wrong birthtime! lol

Not as intense as its_aqua's, but as good as it looks, we always butt heads.
