That is true but western astrology still uses the sidereal. You can't ignore the suns path through the constellations, and being an Ophicuchus i can say it is 100% real, with the galactic allignment an all, its the dawn of a new time

Well, I'm supposedly an Ophiochus too. And I feel it doesn't fit. I'm a Capricorn in Western astrology, and that's the sign I feel I am.

The way constellations line up with the Solar year changes over time. The Tropical Zodiac does not. It's fixed to the Earth/Sun rotation.

Sidereal astrology has slowly slid away from being in line with the Solar Year, and now has different start and finish dates... About 23 days different then the tropical zodiac.

It's not the same thing!

It, as well as other and more reputable vedic sites, says I'm a Pisces. Basically everything in my chart moves backwards, giving me an Aries moon also named "Bharani." What I don't understand is the description seems to fit more of Western's definition of Libras than an Aries. I get confused how an Aries could rule the feminine, and lead a double life balancing birth and death. Hello!?!?

All the nakshatras are feminine in nature, regardless of the sign.

Indeed you are not your Sun in total. The most accurate interpretation of your Sun would be the direction of your life, or where you are heading and where your ego leads you. Busy Taurus may be caring more on finances this year, or they say.
