As a Pisces male, reading this thread at points, I think there are some unnecessary generalizations being applied. Not all Pisces fall under these stereotypes and categories that you seem to have surmised based on a couple individuals in your life. One thing I can say, Pisces often is of a calmer demeanor than say, a Leo. This I believe can lead to understanding on many levels. Pisces absorbs and perceives things differently than a Leo, who is more about exhibition and extroversion. Not every Pisces constantly represents evasive or avoidance behavior. I am not saying it doesn't exist, but the negative connotations applied to Pisces traits in this thread seems rather unjust at points.Pisces is more of an introverted soul, one that sees things universally, and has high emotional/ feeling acuity. Leo provide different strengths and weaknesses. This does not make one sign positive and the other negative. If you're constantly assuming insinuating that, then you're operating out of a place of ego. And, personally, I am someone who tries to get away from ego as I get older. It helps to make you more open and less in your self. Everyone has different tolerance levels for behaviors and it's good some in this thread realized that maybe Pisces men are not the best fit for them. But it is a whole other thing to make broad statements condoning Pisces men and their inherent traits, strengths and weaknesses. IP: Logged |

Brendan. It's fairly common that all sun signs get stereotyped during specific threads, especially when other signs/placements aren't mentioned.. For the most part everyone here knows its in general, and so many other factors do come into play. All sun signs have specific meanings, and "we" meaning people use that and run with it.. I don't feel any of it was ever with I'll intentions.. Just a statement of the standard influence of the sign. So please try not to let generalized statements get to you,, it's nothing personal against any signs. To those of us that really read astrology know that the signs have similar influence, but will show in different ways through each person, due to house/ aspects etc.. I'm a Leo the stereotype for Leo is attention seeker, although I do need attention, I don't like being the center of attention in large groups... I prefer my attention one on one In a way it still comes all together, just differently for each Leo.. (So to speak) I have a Pisces asc, so I get the energy, I probably express Pisces energy more outwardly than my fish guy. He was avoiding the issue, but I was looking at that was more male avoidance.. Lol. In general some men just don't want to discuss the issue, they just want to kiss and cool problem solved.. But of course not all men/Pisces men are that way.. IP: Logged |

I understand where you're coming from, and I'm sorry if it seemed like I took the comments the wrong way. Yeah, it's funny I'm a Pisces man but definitely discuss an issue pretty thoroughly. Maybe I'm more upfront with my emotions in this way. Aries Mercury could have something to do with it. IP: Logged |

No worries I always appreciate a Pisces male perspective. Welcome to LL Yes your Aries mercury could possible make you more able to speak up... The fish I talk talk, he pretty much speaks up also, if I did something he wouldn't have a problem telling me about it.. Hahaha Sometimes he becomes very hard to talk to, he shuts down, and doesn't want to hear it.. But we are all like that at times..

Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac, they are a very complicated bunch. They have qualities of all the signs. I've seen many different types of pisces. From typical tragically beautiful poet, to the douchey jock. Regardless of they appear to others they are always gentle souls. There is something always endearing about them which usually contributes to their popularity. They seem authentic if that's not the case.IP: Logged |

I agree.. With me having a Pisces asc, I meet several Pisces, and have many Pisces placement friends.. I've only met one Pisces that completely fit the Pisces stereotype. He was a Pisces with an aqua stellium, and oo boy he was just really feminine, even had a very soft low voice. He would say things like I don't walk on grass, cuz grass is a living creature and I don't want to hurt it... It was a bit much for this Leo gal, I couldn't take being around him... It was just euhhh... Lol
