Try getting into karate. That can help.

My boyfriend has lots of violent aspects in his chart. And i mean lots! Probably some serial killer ones too lol

But hes older now and learned alot while growing up. He had lots of violent fights in his teenage years.

Even has a knife slash scar on his cheek.

Someone wanted to kill him yikes!!!
