What do you think--Asteroids and Planets.I will start Lilith conj the ASC or MC Eros conj the ASC or MC( sexy not necessarily beauty) Lilith is beauty though ------------------

Venus trine the ASCDo degrees make a difference in degree of beauty? How would venus trine the ASC differe from venus sq the ASC in terms of beauty? For guys, the male model aspect is Venus conj the Sun. They may not be male model beautiful but they have something which reminds me of a male model in that they feel like they could be on the pages of GQ ------------------

Venus in the first house conj/sun
Scorpio Moon
Juno / Vesta in the first
Neptune in the first aswell id say give a pleasant looking energy------------------
1st House: Scorpio Ascendant, conjunct Scorpio Pluto, Scorpio Jupiter.

AmmiAnne, I've just looked at your journal and it looks inspiring, are you christian? Could i ask you what your beliefs are in the bible as i am someone who has alot of faith and believe highly in religions (source of Neptune/divinity) etc..  IP: Logged |

I am a Born Again Christian and Messianic Jew( a Jewish person who believes in Jesus) I believe the Bible, literally, except when it is figurative and symbolic. I do not believe Astrology is witchcraft which the Bible says is a no -no I believe it is a science. I believe God gave us the charts as personal maps for our lives.

You could probably look at asteroids for classically beautiful gods such as Aphrodite, Apollo, etc. too! You already said Eros...maybe love asteroids in general making aspects to the AC, MC, Sun, and Mars? Maybe not Mars but I'm really in tune to that planet and Mars means a lot to me, so a hot Mars means a hot person to me...  Venus itself is a planet more about presence I find...attractiveness is a hard thing to pin down though, eh?  EDIT! I also think it's important to note that with Venus aspects to the AC, it mirrors the aspect to the DC. That said, I think Venus conjunct the AC is touchy considering that Venus is weak around the AC (H1 and all). IP: Logged |

Okay. If Venus aspects the AC, it aspects the DC too, right? Like if it is trine the AC at 5 Leo, it is also sextile the DC at 5 Aquarius! I think that's where the beauty would come from: Venus rules the DC and when they aspect, Venus is made stronger, creating a more attractive character. Also with a trine, the AC doesn't challenge Venus.But when the Venus is conjunct the AC, Venus is made weaker because it is opposite the DC and conjunct the point of its fall! I guess square balance out, and a sextile to the AC might be one of the better aspects. Venus conjunct DC might be one of the most attractive people, physically or presence-wise. IP: Logged |

What do you think would contribute to knowing what to do to be more attractive? I think I'm good at knowing how to do my hair, what colors are for me, best clothes for my body but I don't think it's anything to do with this post. It could be the chart ruler in the 12th but it seems Venusian to be able to do the "right" things than the "wrong" ones. And that green smiley was definitely on accident. ugh IP: Logged |

I've Venus conj AC, and I'm considered good-looking  Tall, slim, good skin... Was stopped on the street twice (when I was younger) by modelling agents, but I'm too shy for this kind of job. But then again, I don't think you can really identify beauty by planets or aspects. For some I may be "ok", but to others very beautiful. Maybe planets can show the charm, wit, sexiness, but not beauty. We all find different things beautiful. the MOST beautiful man -and I'm serious about the word "most" being in capitals- I've ever seen, had a very tight Sun-Mercury-Venus-Eros conjunction, add to that: asteroid Aphrodite conjunct his Moon. Nothing conjunct ASC or resides in the first house ... no venus-ASC aspects BUT his chart ruler ( mercury ) conjunct venus ( 0 degrees ). I don't think you can tell if someone is going to be beautiful or handsome by looking at their chart. Looks are very subjective and besides... What's considered attractive changes all the time. IP: Logged |

We can all be beautiful , some people just can affort it. Do you think Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie would look like that if they were "normal" people working for minimum wage. If you just take care of your health and work out and get a great plastic surgeon (if you want to change someting) you will look like a supermodel.
Real beauty if within us, how we treat our family and friends, our beliefs and morals... The rest is just physical appearance.

I think that who we like is not subjective, but who is really good looking is not subjective.
Dont tell me that Scarlet Johannson isnt more good looking than Oprah. She is, but someone may not like her and like Oprah. But there is no question that she is pretty. Ive notice that Leo Women have usually gorgeous well-groomed hair, all the Virgo Mooners I know are very very good-looking, and Capricorn people tend to have blue eyes or very attractive facial feautures.
I also think that Sags usually have really slender bodies.
