Thank you everyone for your great advice. There seems to be a unanimous view that writing and arts is a good way to deal with Neptune. This is great advice and I do write philosophy often as an outlet. As many of you note, it is frustrating though to find that you've done it to yourself again... slipped into a deluded fantasy only to wake up AGAIN to realize that it was just another fantasy. I get so discouraged with it... "it seemed real, but maybe it didn't.... I suppose it was obvious it would end this way.... I thought this time would be different."
At least I'm happy to discover this time that I'm not as devastated as I traditionally have been. I've read that Neptune is about breaking attachments through disillusionment and it's true that when you've been disillusioned many times you eventually develop tougher skin to it. I like the idea of focusing on Saturn to help too (unfortunately, mine is doubly in detriment - in Cancer in the 1st). But, as someone says above, it must be the case that we make things in our life happen.
Thank you again everyone for the support!
