Virgo does alright but I'm seriously impressed with other suns and I'm a sun Virgo. Some people will be partial to their own suns. I would never boast "Virgo is brightest" because, for one, I have seen brighter. That doesn't exclude the fact individual Virgos can be bright, just like individuals with suns in any sign.

And ofc people who do bad or never go to HS can be intelligent.
school tracks your effort in SCHOOL only because if you don't care for school and want to lean what you want because you know most of what they teach you is pointless, I personally think you're a genius for realizing that school means nothing in terms of intelligence and I'm sick of people saying "Oh I got an AP class or "I have a high GPA-4.0, so I'm smarter than you" (-.-)
They are the stupid ones for being narrow-minded like that. LOL.

So in essence, any sign can perform the above listed aspects of intelligence. Gemini and Virgo, ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication, are naturally inclined to communicate, analyze and store information, but they're not the only ones that are capable of doing so.

Academic intelligence basiacly then, Scientific + Mathematical skills etc?
B in Science , 1 off A* in Maths, and i'm primarily ruled by Pluto then Jupiter.
So obviously Scorpio's and Sag's are the most intelligent.
