Yes! That's more of what I was referring to when I mentioned boundaries. My time and energy, and how I want to spend it, as opposed to wanting to make other people happy and committing to do things that I know realistically I'm probably not going to do.

I've stopped doing that for the most part, but it has taken a concerted, conscious effort! I still find myself cancelling sometimes with people, and thinking "I probably shouldn't have agreed to it in the first place..."

Erm...thanks.
I suppose my main point is that it's very difficult to take one aspect from a chart and base an opinion about how that person deals with that particular aspect... Let alone one particular planet in general.

Just a thought.

But,there are chart ringleaders. Especially if an outer planet is involved. The chart tells a story, yes, but one's story isn't less complex if you break it down to certain points, just like when one isn't less of a person if they deal with serious introspection or psychology. It makes one think better, they see their motivation in clear light.

After all, it's just one of possible scenarios. You do have a working Saturn, from what I can tell. So your story can get a different route. Many, many people don't get to escape Neptune.

I was using if/could form, wasn't I? So I was being hypothetical.

Well that's a miserable and sad thought...it made me sad, actually. But I suppose it must be true, to some extent.

Interestingly, I just noticed that the asteroid Destinn is conjunct my Saturn exact by 11 minutes, at the apex of my Yod that involves Neptune. Again off topic, sorry everyone.

Anyhoo, yes I do have a working Saturn. For better or worse, it is square my natal Pluto, which does offer a steely willpower (again, for better or worse, lol). Trine my Sun...I assume that offers willpower as well, but I've read that it can also create self-esteem issues. I'm not sure what to think of that, as I would expect a trine to generally be a good thing.

Oh well. Not an expert here. What I've noticed about outright liars is that they tend to have 12th house stuff going on, but then there are 12th house people who simply need to dig deeper into themselves, or are private, or have trouble expressing...

As you mentioned, there are so many ways that an aspect or placement can manifest, I can't imagine being able to pinpoint much sometimes. We only get the blueprints of the house, so to speak.

I would tend to agree, although some just have trouble expressing the planets involved. I'm so pleased to have an empty 12th house that I can't even put it into words. (Knock on wood before Karma steps in and offers a swift kick to my smugness...)
No offense, 12th house people. You're still loved.
