Aphrodite and Ceres with saturn on my MCI am fond of beautiful things and places.
I usually need to look perfect when I step out of my house. but I have an angular venus so I'm not really sure. IP: Logged |

damn this is crazy!!i have eros conjunct saturn both in 11th house. and yea youd think it would stunt your sex drive but nooooooo i feel like i can never get enough actually. like its alllllways on my mind and i feel attracted to a lot of different people all at once. its annoying cause my friends seem to never be just friends. girls always want to hook up with me or im always imagining it with them, even though im straight....it doesnt help that i have venus scorpio conjunct pluto all in the 8th house too!! needless to say i get judged endlessly :/ IP: Logged |

With this, I find it is just Saturn CONJUNCT an asteroid or a planet. I am not saying that other aspects may be similar but if I go too far afield, I will lose the simplicity of my theory  The conjunction is always the strongest aspect, too. ------------------

Just to add a new wrinkle. Saturn conj Pluto is supposed to be cruelty and it could make sense that Saturn squishes down Pluto's primal power and he gets cruel.He may also get obsessed with expressing his primal power and go overboard into cruelty. Any thoughts? ------------------

Wouldn't Pluto conjunct Saturn *possibly* indicate cruelty based on the idea that it's sort of a double whammy of two planets that crave discipline, structure, power, authority, control, etc.?I would think that a conjunction would cause the two planets or planets/asteroids to "merge" with each other, depending on the nature of the planets/asteroids? I'm not claiming to know that as a fact or anything...
I suppose when Saturn is conjunct a person's Sun, it does tend to squelch the energy of the Sun, but I would think that when it conjuncts a planet or asteroid that is more in tune with its energies, it would just sort of "merge"... Still not sure about the obsession part of my Destinn/Saturn conjunction.

I have Saturn conjunct the asteroid Penelope by 1 degree.In the Odyssey, Penelope was the wife of Odysseus who waited for him faithfully for many years, while he was off on his quest. I am kind of obsessed with fidelity, and the value placed on marriage and serious relationships. The fashion of the current culture in the western world today seems to be to take these things less and less seriously. I think this is a pity. Now we have an impatient culture that doesn’t seem to want to wait for any type of gratification… There’s fast food, and fast relationships (termed ‘hook ups’). I think there is immense benefit to be gained from choosing to be dedicated, loyal and patient, rather then just giving up on a relationship as soon as there’s some difficulty, or even just because of boredom. Good things take time to build, and when I commit I really want to invest in my relationship. Not just toss it in the trash like some used paper plate because it required too much effort on my part, or I got ‘impatient’. Yeah, so I guess it’s reasonable to say I’m obsessed with ‘Penelope-ish’ issues. Interestingly, I also have Venus trine my Saturn/Penelope conjunction.

LiliyaIf it is not too personal, can I ask you how you are obsessed with sex? Is it like you keep needing to get new people? The person I knew with Saturn conj Eros conj the ASc was like this. It was not a happy thing for him but a true obsession ------------------

No problem, Ami. Well, I'm faithful these days, even though I have Retro Venus in 12th House sq Uranus. Let's say, I think about sex all the time, but with my bf. I tried to picture other people, but the picture always blends into him (thank goodness haha) I was interested in sex since a very young age :-S I'm very open, and would do anything (cept for gross and illegal things) My Eros is in Gemini also trine Pluto IP: Logged |
