I have to move my hands when I'm talking. Not sure what the "cause" could be.

LOL! *Raises hand* I sometimes gesture when I talk. It helps bring extra emphasis to whatever it is that I'm saying. It can also work wonders if there is a language barrier.
When driving I use hand gestures as well, but it's not always the ones that are mentioned in the drivers manual

I need to move my hands in order to think HA geez.

I have mercury (rules the hands) conjunct my leo Asc. and conjunct jupiter, so you can imagine... I also tend to lord it over but it comes and goes. That darn scorpio pluto square keeps me quiet and reserved half the time.
