I can relate, I'm in the same boat as you.
My Venus in Libra is squared by Neptune and Uranus in Capricorn.

I do tend to be very idealistic in love.
But with my previous potential love interests, there was no fear or doubts/insecurities arising, just idealizing.
But after coming across this one guy... My whole world has been flipped upside down.
Its hard for me to accept love from him, it feels as though I don't truly deserve it.
And I try to withdraw from him, out of fear
Though I am working on that.

Unfortunately I can't offer any valuable advice to you, but I guess with time, as we mature more, we will learn to cope better with it.

Also, take into consideration that our natals aren't necessarily black and white. If one thing seems to be lacking or afflicted in a chart, it doesn't mean we are forever doomed in that area, rather it means that there is great potential for us to improve in it and master it.
And overtime, through lessons and self-awareness/self-realization, we can learn to overcome any of the so-called "negative aspects"
They are simply there for our own good.
Anything can be overcome if you look at in a different, more positive light =)

There may be hope. When it comes to Synastry Aspects (relationships), it depends on how tight your natal aspects may be and what your supporting cast of aspects are providing.

Your Synastry Aspects are derived from a host of other aspects related to your VE conj. NP and UR. One such set of aspects will, also, produce these sets of aspects (sextile VE, NP and, UR) and (trine VE, NP and, UR). These are the types of aspects that can help make a relationship Hmmm !!

I would need to calculate your natal chart data, in order to determine your true relationship potential.
