So, maybe for me, it could be a mix of all of those things! But, as others have described, I have experienced all of the above! In college, that was when I really noticed it, and it was to the point that I'm now always wary when I meet women. Guys - I have no problem with. But women, most of the time, seem to have attitude or something. I'm not saying its every female, it definitely isn't. But it happens often. In college, it was so rare that a girl I met was nice to me, that the rare times it did happen, I was taken aback like 'oh what, wait...you're nice. Oh!'

Now, at work - I'm at a new company (for just over half a year now), and the industry I work in is mostly male. However, my team coworkers are all guys and they have acted towards me the way some girls have acted in the past. This, is really strange since guys normally don't act like this towards me. But they definitely display some childish/catty behavior. One of my friends there, a guy in a different department tells me 'its simple, I'm telling you they're jealous, they feel threatened'. Idk - I still think its funny since even though I have lots of experience, this particular area is new to me. Regardless, I just keep pressing on!
