These are things my own family members have said, typical of their Saturn sign. Taurus Saturn: "I really want that badly, but it's not like I'm going to actually spend money on it. I'd rather save." ~and~ "Ew, I don't want to eat that. Or that. Or that." Gemini Saturn: "Uh...what's the word for that again? " Virgo Saturn: "Oh I just can't wait to get home and wash my hands!" ~and~ (screaming) "OH NO SOMEONE SPILLED THEIR POTATO CHIPS ON THE FLOOOOOR!!!" Sag Saturn: "I'll have to pray about this. It's in God's hands." Care to add to the list?

Queen Elizabeth II has Saturn on MC (Saturn being CR) - I remember all the memes around the Olympic Games, mainly focusing on her disdainful gaze, it's like primordial Saturn scorn. IP: Logged |

My saturn in virgo is not itching to wash its hands but says "listen to your body". It does have an aversion to synthetics, material and personal , and is skeptical of all pronouncements of certainty...like "this is the way things are"Examine, observe, refine! IP: Logged |

^^ I hope my five year-old grows up to listen to his body, and I also prefer natural to synthetic materials; I hope he develops the same preference. He has Mars conjunct Saturn in Virgo in his first house. When he was two, he had a total meltdown once when he couldn't sweep the floor...in a restaurant. And yeah, 'LOVES washing his hands. He always has to go to the bathroom when we're in public, but I'm sure he's faking it half the time, what he really wants is to experience all the different kinds of hand soap. IP: Logged |

I have a Pisces Saturn friend and she can be super flexible about some things...but my impression of her Pisces Saturn is more like: *shrug* "This is just something I have to suffer through. Nope, can't change it, I'm just going to endure it." My 12H Saturn is similar.

Question for you~ Sag is a love of travel...do you find yourself restricted in travel? And do you strongly prefer your own culture to other cultures, like do you just stick with the kinds of foods and traditions you grew up with, not branching out much? My husband is Sag Saturn and he says stuff like, "With all due respect to other countries, I'm an American. I do things the American way." It's like a miracle that I got him to try Indian food. Is there anything for Saturn in Cancer? And would "Don't touch my things" (at home) be related to something like that? What about being fine just sleeping on a mattress or even preferring that on the floor to having a bed higher up? With the reasoning that the bed is unnecessary wastefulness when the mattress works just fine, and you don't want a new bed, thank you very much. And then grumbling when someone buys a bed that is bad for your back and leaves you feeling half seasick at the slightest turn due to being so soft, or whatever you'd have? IP: Logged |
