Do you have a particular Mercury sign placement in others you seem to connect a lot with? And how does that placement match with your own Mercury and other important placements?I realised for me it has to be Capricorn Mercury, Ive had so many friends with this placement and I really seem to get along great mentally with these people.
Myself Im a Sun/Mercury/Venus/Neptune/Uranus in Sagittarius (Jupiter/Saturn in Scorpio),Leo Moon and Ascendant/Mars in Cappy. So I guess it would be related to my Ascendant mostly why I connect so well with them. Same type of humor often and can talk easily IP: Logged |

I'm a Libra Mercury and I cannot get along with Leo Mercuries.
Everyone else is fine, as I know of so far.
Funny part about the Leo Mercury is my best friend is a Leo with it, lmao. We get along just fine, but I cannot get along with other Leo Mercuries.
My best friend most likely has a Virgo Moon.

I don't have a favorite mercury sign...
I find it easy to talk to everyone, I tend to mimic speech patterns.Mercury in Gemini Okay well I like Mercury in Pisces a lot because their so cute.

My favorite Mercury placement would be Sagittarius.  My husband has that, and it's just so easy to communicate with him, and I love his sense of humor (we easily share the same sense of humor).Thought I also like Gemini too. Personally I have Mercury in Aries in the 8th house. IP: Logged |

I use the word "dumb" a lot and think lots of what I see and hear are dumb. Dumb must be a favorite Libra Mercury adjective. Terrible, I know. My least favorite Mercury? That would be tough. It would probably be Mercury in Virgo because they simply inform and instruct way too much for my liking and it causes me to feel competitive and resentful, like I should be the one instructing and informing, not them. Oh, another favourite Mercury thread:P I just love Mercury in Aries because it is honest, can be rude, is in my 7th house and square Node. I have the hated Leo Mercury  <crying>. I think Air and Fire Mercurys are fun and spontaneous, fast. Better in discussion, verbal better. Water and Earth Mercury are just perfect (and better than Air and Fire) for writing poetry, books, lyrics. They have a gift.IP: Logged |

Scorpio and Leo Mercury are the most common in my close friends. My Mercury is Pisces. I get along best with Scorpio Mercury - because we're usually on the same wavelength and think alike.

Of the Mercuries that I know for sure having come across. Mercury in Sag.
Anything Sag in fact seems to cause major conflict.

I have Mercury in Aquarius and 7th house.
It can vary but I come across Gems here and there. I don't know what it is though i'm a Pisces Sun and Cancer AS with plenty of earth in my chart,so I guess the Air Mercury makes us see each other ?IP: Logged |

I also have Aqua Mercury in 7th. I tend to really like other Aqua Mercury people, and Mercury in Aries as well. They can be hilarious. I just don't like it when someone's Mercury clashes with my sun or Mars. Then I just want to start smacking people.  IP: Logged |

Lol. Where's your Sun/Mars? I'm not sure if i've ever met a Merucry in Aries, but Sags can be really funny too. Do you meet Gems with your Aqua Merc ? IP: Logged |

I also have a Pisces sun, and my Mars is in Capricorn. I'm not sure that I gravitate too much to Sag or Gemini Mercury, as they will often square both my sun and moon (Virgo moon). But it really depends on the degree. My best friend is a Libra with a stellium in the sign, but her Mercury is in Scorpio. I always get confused when I'm talking about too many aspects at once. I should say that my husband's Mercury is conjunct my moon but square to my sun. We do have a difficult time communicating without interrupting each other or getting really irritated, not understanding the other's POV, etc. but we always work it out. Sometimes via email if we're really worked up, haha.IP: Logged |

Well I don't dislike any mercury but I match better with scorpio and capricorn mercury. With Scorpio I think it's because I have mercury in 8th house, scorpio mars,scorpio saturn and pluto on mc...so, a lot of scorpio in my chart.
With cappy mercury I can say it's probably because I have a strong saturn, jupiter in capricorn and an earth mercury  IP: Logged |
