Well I am pretty sure I remember you have a Neptune conjunction involving the sun. That would be enough to bring some misunderstanding somewhere.

I'm 99% sure everyone experiences that at some point in their life, honey boo.

But if we're talking about feeling constantly misunderstood, I suppose Uranus/Neptune/Pluto touching the personal planets - Uranus is the "odd one" with progressive ideas no one seems to care about; Neptune is the "dreamer" with high ideals no one seems to care about, and Pluto typically feels misunderstood because of the intensity of his feelings that no one seems to get...
Maybe even Saturn because it creates some inner isolation and makes it hard to reach out to people.

I think a lot of people feel misunderstood because they don't try to find and reach out to people like them or can't open up, which prevents the real exchange of thoughts, feelings and ideas.
Makes me think of Water / Earth influence - privacy, self-protection, secrecy.

One of the examples of being misunderstood is my sister thinking I was an atheist, I concluded that from some of her reactions. I don't know whether she's that dumb or it's the Neptune fog. She knew I'm interested in astrology and tarot, that I belive in ghosts and even suspect her god to be a manipulative entity if it exists etc, wtf? One day I've had enough and told her I'm not a freakin' atheist if that's what she thought. Some people, especially my family, tend to assume things about me, often before I even have a chance to speak which annoys me a lot and usually at the same makes me feel like "ok, think what you want, screw you".
