I know someone with Mars in Aqua in the 3rd house and astrofix mentions obnoxious energy, sudden violence and technical skill. He is definitely all of those things. Actually uses his hands to deal with electricity which is violent in itself, loves to play the drums and loves to say outrageously obnoxious things to shock people.
