I have been seeing this man for almost 4 years, we are still just friends which is fine for the most part, however He says he loves me says little things to me that make me feel like he wants more does things that make me feel like he wants more, then is so cold and distant at times I get so confused I just want off this roller coaster ride, either you want me or you don't, we got into a little spat today, our spats are quite minor, however I eneded it with him and I am wondering if I leave him be and do my own thing, is there a chance he will come around...i know its not for certain are there ways I can get him to relize what he has!!!

I understand exactly how you feel!! Believe me. I've been going through the exact same thing with a Gem guy and we aren't even together. We were friends in the beginning and out of nowhere we kind of just started this sexual relationship and have been sexual for the last 4 years. He's happy and won't stop talking to me and then before I know it he's gone and is extremely distant with me for weeks at a time. And right when I'm over it and try to move on there he is back again. I've told him multiple times how I felt and what I wanted and I'm not sure how he took it. He's so confusing. I'm a person who's just very good at reading people but CAN NOT read him for the life of me and it upsets me so much. It seriously must be a Gem thing because this is just ridiculous if it's happening to you too. Here's a topic that I started about the exact same thing just with sex included. Obviously it's a lot more difficult and complicated than that and there are a lot of things that I left out. It's not as easy as you think and it's pretty clear it's the same way for her.
