How do we love?

(I am strong in pluto and my venus is also aspected by saturn and neptune so all that i wrote above might not apply to every venus-uranus person)

I like people and am eager to make friends, but don't feel the need to keep them. Detached in a way.

I just wish I could find a happy medium.

Anyone else having these problems? I'll have to admit I side more with Venus here as it's my chart ruler. I wonder if my conjunctions of Neptune and Saturn to Uranus have something to do with it, too. Like they may give my Venus a flavour of them through that conjunction?

I've definitely had people mistake me being friendly, cuddly and open around them for having feelings for them as well. Really awkward and embarrassing for them, yeah. I've toned this down a lot ever since it started happening.

Yeah, you're right. The longer I think about it, the more it makes sense. Thanks.

Like said here, I, too, seem to fall for people quickly and suddenly - like it hits me I do, it feels as if there was no buildup to them or whatsoever.

Outside of relationships, I like many different things and have great ideas, but it's hard to stay interested.

But I know exactly why it happens.
I'm a commitment-phobic so I'm the perfect pick for them (and vice-versa).

But natally I have a strong Saturn which eventually comes out and can't take the erratic energy, even within myself.

I know plenty of Scorpios who are like me.

We're way too intense for our own good - which makes us wary of other people - hence the fear of intimacy / commitment (we may desire it but unless we have a strong sense of self-worth, it's bound to get messy).

I find with a lot of Uranian energy, people give off a weird, magnetic vibe others are fascinated and a little freaked out by. It's a strange energy. Uranus is exalted in Scorpio so there's magnetism and charisma involved with Uranus but it can be too much to handle.
