Hi--I seem to be attracted to a jerk I met recently at work. We have Mars/Venus Sextile (2 degrees) and Venus/Mars Square (5 degrees) in our synastry. Could this be causing the attraction--and does he feel it as well given the aspect? IP: Logged |

This is the Leo sun, right? See what I mean? You are already showing what I mentioned in the other thread. You don't really like all his Leonine qualities. These are part of who he is.
To answer your question, it could be Venus and Mars or any aspect between planets, sun, moon, can cause attraction. The aspect indicates attraction even if it is a square or opposition.
The same thing happens with me and this friend I have who's Gemini. I'm Virgo. I think he is too friendly and trusting, tells his personal business to too many people, which I would never do. I generally do not tell people a lot of personal things, like the mailman what's in a package I am getting or about a trip I am about to take. He will tell without hesitation and he thinks I am antisocial for not wanting to talk about what I am doing. It's because Gemini is more apt to talk with others and is a bit more social than Virgo and my natural Virgo introversion gets on his nerves while his Gemini extroversion gets on mine. We have a lot of Sun and Moon aspects:

That I am not sure of--he is doing a lot of casual type dating right now. My gut would say yet, but he has not done anything to show it. I thought it was the AC that would be attracted to the Sun, not the other way around? IP: Logged |

Usually with a lot of aspects there's attraction and could be a relationship of some kind. If there are romantic indicators, like Venus/Mars/Pluto and both people are looking, there could be romance, too.IP: Logged |

Yes, that was the beginning and ending of my search. Yess, I do think that's still very valid. Also, I can see you have pluto-mars (also very sexual) and venus pluto going on. all this makes the attraction factor very very high. IP: Logged |
