All right, f*ck it.I'm going to presume I'm the only qualified diagnostician in this conversation, and I feel an odd professional responsibility to handle it the best that I can while avoiding any legal snags. Charlie. There are two ways to approach this situation. On the one hand, you can go with parapsychology, but until medical illness has been ruled out, that is EXTREMELY dangerous - in my PROFESSIONAL opinion. At VERY cursory glance, there's absolutely a problem here. But the #1 red flag is your extreme sleep deprivation. My I-am-in-NO-way-dispensing-medical-advice 'advice' - is to see a GP for what clearly looks to be insomnia - treat that, and look for what it MAY be secondary to. The rest of us need to back off and quit acting like we have the right to dabble here - myself included. I'm going to simply say that, Charlie, this is not normal, and I'm seeing many 'pings' on my 'radar' which says you need to get the evaluated in a proper, qualified setting. I really, genuinely, wholeheartedly, wish you the best of luck. I'll help where I can, and this is all I can do at this point. I simply know better NOT to go further. IP: Logged |

That ISN'T all you're saying. That IS all ANY of us should be saying, so let's say that and call it a day. I'm not trying to be a b*tch. I'm really, really not. I'm actually trying to do what I know to do in this situation. I'll admit I'm a bit extreme about it - and I apologise. I have my reasons, simply put. If you'd like to communicate about it privately, SSS, I have no issue doing so at all. IP: Logged |

Hey this is just conversation and if she is worried, she should see a doc. No one is trying to diagnose her. I am not. I am just listing possibilities. I don't know what it is she would be diagnosed with. People just assume everything abnormal is schizophrenia and I am saying most people with mental illnesses do not qualify for that diagnosis.
