I have Pisces Sun conjunct Pisces Merc with 1'46" orb.Mercury only rules one house for me because Gemini is intercepted in the 11H in my natal. But mercury does rule my 3rd, the cusp being in Virgo. I like order and lists. I'm good at lists. Especially alphabetical or numerical. I used to love the library codes when I was a child because it felt like my own private language that opened up new worlds to me. I hate it when money isn't faced correctly. I can't count it if it's not all the same direction... it drives me batty. I'm a bit OCD in some things that I do. Cleaning and counting mostly. I used to count my steps when I was a child, and always in a particular rhythm. And when I clean house it's always each chore in a specific order because I can't see the house actually being clean any other way. Like you can't sweep before you dust because sweeping raises dust.. I'm also super chatty and absorb knowledge like a sponge. I could be a perpetual student and be happy with my life, always learning something new. IP: Logged |

I have Sun conjunct Mercury exact, too, and since Mercury rules the 7th and co-rules the 9th house (together with Sun actually), it means that my 7th and 9th house ruler is conjunct Sun in Sagittarius in 1st house.Well, the Jupiter-influence can`t be denied with that fat Sag-stellium. However, the ruler of 7th house ocnjunct Sun, does not make me Venusian in terms of behaviour, like we would maybe think of a Libran person. But the 7th house and Venus have overlapping symbolism, and that is where they have their common traits.
In the case of the 7th house and Venus that would be their way of relating to other people. So, no, ruler of 7th house ocnjunct my Sun does not make me diplomatic, harmonious-seeking, agreeable, unable to come to a decision, artistic, pleasing, attractive and whatever you think of as Venusian.
However it indicates that the way I relate to people is inseparably connected to my own identity.
Also means that I usually get along best with people who are like a mirror to me, and reflect some of my own personality back to me. Maybe that even explains why I am not drawn romantically to GEminis at all, even though my 7th house is in Gemini.
Though I DO need a bit of MErcury-vibe in a relationship, but in a Sagittarian way, please. IP: Logged |

Oh welll.. I still don't know nobody really answered to my satisfaction. House rulers are important so obviously when they conjunction your sun such themes related to that house will be prevelent . I'd say 12th house does neptunian vibes over Jovian.IP: Logged |

If, for example, your 12th house ruler is Mars and you have Sun conjunct Mars, how can we talk about a Neptunian vibe here (unless they're in Pisces  )? This is a weird idea imo.------------------

So why do we use them?There's some logic for you? ^ All you said is you had 12th house conjunct and your not sure... so what am I suppose to do with info

i think house rulers are very important. but when the 12th house is ruled by mars, i think the neptune energy will be far from typical, when said ruler is conjunct sun. IP: Logged |

7th house ruler conjunct sun kinda of a pardox because sun is about self and 7th house is about others.

what if mars is in the 1st conjunct sun and asc? but yes, i feel martian…very driven and warrior like. my mayan sign is a warrior. i have a lot of forward energy, if that makes sense. even for a 12th house sun. and even though i'm mutable, i don't take **** from anyone, and no one really tries to give me **** .

been thinking about this aspect and seeing how it manifests a little more clearly.while my mars energy is strong, i see how it is colored with nepunian style interests. that which i pursue/take action is often rooted in watery depths, like mind altering journeys, occult knowledge, etc. and with the gemini placement, my curiosity is very strong. i'm propelled (mars) by it.
with my MC in aquarius, i'm driven to fight for social and environmental causes. IP: Logged |

Third house people - siblings & cousins Like most people I have siblings & cousins from all signs & both genders. The person who shaped me the most growing up was a Libra-Taurus female cousin.
