In her case it wont be easy for sure. She needs experience and that experience will come through mistakes. Saturn being ruler of 5th is quite difficult. There is nothing in your chart that suggest you are lazy. You may have a square to mercury from jupiter, but also a conjunction from saturn which is stronger.

You should see my aspect: Moon square uranus (2 degrees) Sun opposition moon (5 degrees) Mars square uranus (2 degrees) And mars square saturn…. and I have scorpio venus conjunct pluto in 5th house, which means I probably won't ever settle down combined with my uranus aspects which are f*****… I get bored of people and burn out of energy, only until I find someone fresh.
