I get more of a feel of a Scorpio rising coming from you but I could be wrong.

Here's what you do. The ascendant sign also has to do with how you come off when first interacting with/ meeting others, how you see the world and how you approach things. With that being said, make a list of key words for qualities of both signs and ask your friends or anyone you can really to pick keywords from that list.

I had a similar issue with that between Virgo and Leo rising with myself. I made a list of keywords and almost every single person chose the Leo traits. I obviously didn't tell them it had anything to do with astrology, they were only aware of the list of traits. My dad, at a later point, told me a closer estimate to the time I was born and it turned out to be Leo.

Another thing you can do is create and save two different charts for yourself. One with a libra rising and the other with a Scorpio rising. See how current transits are effecting you and keep track of how future transits effect you as well. Also, look at transits from your past and try to sync them up with events in your life that have to do with specific houses and planets. Birth time rectification, it's tedious and time consuming but is possible.

Pluto is also in Scorpio btw... People of this generation who have scorp rising have more intense eyes, definitely more bony (mars rules Pluto) and only take selfie if they have fire moons

Also you should read each description to see which behaviors fit you

take a reading at 1pm. which degree of libra does it start?
another at 3pm. which degree of scorpio does it end?

take note of the changes in planet placements in houses. maybe your sun is in 10th house in first reading, 9th house in the second reading. Which one do you feel more...

This is tough but my first reaction was Libra so I'll stick with that. When I looked at your eyes I did get Scorpio vibe though. I have basically been no help whatsoever.

What sign is your moon in? Gemini or Cancer?

I think ABC333 has a great idea. Try that. But also maybe ask some people who don't know you very well/who you just met to tell them what their impression of you is. That might give a clue to how your rising sign is coming across to others.

The other way is to get into doing a chart rectification which seems extremely complicated and they say it's not reliable anyway.

keep in mind that you have a progressed ascendenet. you might have been born with a libra rising but your ascendent might have progressed to scorpio or even sagitarious by now. the ascendent usually moves 1-2 degrees per year

also note that the moon in the chart is on the 29th degree of gemini. an hour later it might be in cancer. do you feel more like a gemini moon or cancer moon? or at some point in your life did you feel a big change which may have been your moon progressing from gemini to cancer? if you dont feel like your moon is in gemini at all, then you can calculate what time the moon moved into cancer and then know that you were probably born after that time.

if you feel that your moon is in gemini then you can calculate what time the moon moved into cancer and know that you were born before that time.

if your moon is in gemini and is on the 29th degree then that means at some point in your life you will most likely have a major change where your moon progresses into cancer. because that would mean 1 hour or however long after you were born, the moon moved to another sign and your brain started hardwiring itself to that new sign, so it is very much a part of you.

Is say libra but your Pluto is in your first house giving you some scorpio intensity to your eyes.
I have libra AC with Pluto on AC and I get ppl thinking i'm scorpio because of my Pluto, but features are libra like you....kind of pretty...sorry I'm sure a guy doesn't want to hear that but it's just how it is!
Scorpio rising doesn't have that light flirty pretty about them, they are an intense appearance, I live with 2 Scorpio risings.....they are pretty in a different, less typical way.
