My mother says that i was born afternoon between 1-3 PM (libra or scorpio rising)

Your chin is from Libra (Venus marks her "children" with dimples in the chin or cheeks).
Eyebrows more from Scorpio.

Libra. A lot of modification from Venus in Leo - more stockier and also it being conjunct to Mars - upturned bottom eyelids and Roman nose on side profile. Too rounded and puffy for Sco. Sco have a pointy chin, often heavy brows etc.IP: Logged |

Maybe ur Asc is libra/scorpio cusp? Cuz the eyes look scorpionish and u also have a venusian look.------------------

Regardless of your rising sign, both Venus and Mars are in Leo, so that would give you a strong Leo influence no matter which it is. Judging by your build, I think Scorpio. IP: Logged |

Libra rising since it puts your Venus in Leo at the top of your chart. You look like you like being flashy. Maybe your MC is in Cancer, putting that Sun/Chiron conjunction in the tenth, even more of the Leo, flashy outward appearance.
