I've been trying to find information on my moon's 0 degree declination and came across this article:

I don't understand all of it, I don't have SolarFire, but it introduces some thought-provoking concepts like: looking at when the progressed moon returns to its natal position; how the progressed moon's declination can be interpreted as similar to resting on the angles; how the progressed moon may cross over (progressed?) planets and points.

My progressed moon is at 15.19'N...not parallel or contraparallel to any other planet, angle or house cusp, neither in my natal chart not progressed chart. I guess that's good (?)...very little drama, at least.
