All the interpretations I read say that when someone puts planets in your third house, they make you talk whenever youre around them. What other interpretations are there? Is it possible that planets in the third in synastry make for an exciting relationship where two people always have a hell of a good time? I had someone put 5 planets in my third house, and with this person we did a whole bunch of fun reckless things together. We stimulated adventure and fun in each other. We also had 8 Uranus and Jupiter conjunctions so that must be why, but what has your experience with third house in synastry been like?

3H in synastry to me is usally good for exchanging ideas of all kinds, could be serious topics but usually something random / not very serious.

It's the house of Gemini, so it's quite superficial in a way - for romantic relationships a very emphasized 3H could feel a bit... shallow, for more intense types.

But it's great for friendship and a more light-hearted type of association.
I definitely think the two people could have some fun together and goof around. But that could also be a 5H thing or Jupiter thing.
