I was never able to forget and forgive. And when I say never its never. My question is: is this a Scorpio/Pluto thing or there are other aspects than can indicate this?

I have Scorpio ASC with Pluto in 12th. Thanks.

I find that Plutonic people in general are like this and also Cancer Mars.

My mom is a sun/moon/merc Scorpio in 8H and my dad is a Leo Moon conj Pluto with a Cancer Mars. Both remember **** and DWELL about things that occurred in 1983....no lie.

I have also dated 3 men with Cancer Mars and "hades moons" and they were the same.

Where are your Moon and Saturn and how are they aspected? Do you have any Pluto aspects?

My mother is unforgiving. She might have Moon conjunct Pluto (Virgo) and she has tight Mercury-Pluto and Mars-Pluto oppositions. And I think I'm similar to her in this regard. I'm a rather understanding person but once someone crosses the line I have a hard time forgiving and I never forget.

Scorpio Pluto here, in the 3rd house forming a t-square with Taurus Mars and Aqua Jupiter, and sextile to Virgo AC and Cap Neptune.

I don't see myself as someone who cannot forget or forgive, it would depend on who did what, the reason behind it, what the action meant to me, and if there is closure.

People are just humans with their own flaws, and everyone makes mistakes, so if I care for them and it was not too bad, and they do show improvement and genuine care for me, then I can forgive them (since it was lack of care and selfishness that hurted me so if these are gone then I would be ok).
There are situations that there are no closure yet, that can leave a mark or hurt inside, I find it hard to completely forgive, yet acknowledging that we are all just humans and have our own paths does help me become more accepting.

I have Mercury tightly conjunct Pluto both in Scorpio. It makes me think about what happened again and again, analyzing everything, trying to find hidden meanings/someone's real motivations. Really hard to forget.
I also have my moon in Taurus which is really hard for me to let it go and forgive.

I can forgive but I don't forget.

Same here: Scorpio Asc and Pluto in the 12th... and Mercury in the 12th too. I have a diffucult time to forget. I have a moon in leo, forgiveness is easier (but not comes easy at all). But I agree with you: plutonic ones have a very difficult time to forgive/forget, mainly if they have 12th house planets...

I forgive but I never forget.

I forgive because I've a Libra Merc, that makes me think everyone's human and entitled to make mistakes. I do think I can't forget because of the whole "you've betrayed my trust" bla bla and the trust issues I have from Venus-Pluto square. I think that the signs of these planets being Leo and Pluto, respectively, only makes matters worse on the whole trust front.

what about Saturn? Hows Saturn aspected- does it have an aspect with Pluto?
Saturn and Pluto together may mean hard letting go...
and also Pluto itself has a hard time letting go.
I have Pluto with Sun,Venus and Mars and I have hard time forgetting and letting go..

Cap and saturn don't forget. They move on but they definitely don't forgive, just decide that it's a lesson learned and they will never ever make the same mistake lol

I have heavy saturn and cap and I suppose these influences temper my pluto

It's definitely a Pluto/Scorpio thing. Also Capricorn as someone said earlier. Saturn and Pluto along with Capricorn and Scorpio are both strong in my chart. I can forgive someone...eventually, but I don't forget.

i have an extreme amount of hate, anger and resentment in the immediate so am unforgiving. but i hate to feel that way for many reasons - this is why it's so amplified when i get it, i hate feeling that hate. after a while though will readily let go of it - when i understand or don't care any more, or see my own part in it. i think maybe sag moon 2nd conj nept opp jupiter in cancer 8th is the reason for the intensity and conversely the letting go. but i dont understand how that is,

I suppose it's Pluto conjunct asc from 12H (hidden grudges) and Sun opposite Mars. Caps remember every single thing that happens.

I know someone who has Mars square Pluto but since he is Pisces and he forgives everyone and everything I don't think that counts. Yet, Mars square Pluto won't forgive?

And yes, I remember every single thing. Every word, every attitude.

Scorpionic/Plutonic people and also fixed signs people (Taurus, Leo, and to a lesser extent Aquarius) have a harder time with forgive and forget. You can also throw Cancer in that mix because they hold on to EVERYTHING.

think of your Sun-Mars this way.

Your Cap Mars is very good at controlling anger but still hold on to every single memory tight. That causes resentment sooner or later.
Your Cancer ego gets all sensitive and defensive feeling all hurt.

There's no balance between the two. I see the two of them playing a game of tennis back and forth. But all this is just boiling underneath. I don't think you vent about what you're mad about.

Maybe you just need to learn how not to hold on to things.
