Not trying to sound overly optimistic, but when I look back over my life and the lives of my friends, it amazes me how much time we all spent mourning "lost love" only to have those people re-appear later in our lives. And then we dated again or became friends and things were/are okay.

It seems to happen more often than not, only we are in our late 30's, and some of those "missing" people took a decade or more to resurface.

I hear ya. I have had to do much soul searching in order to figure this out myself. I can forgive anyone's mistakes.. as hefty as they may be. However, I am very tough on myself for even the most minute slip-ups. I looked into numerology and found some interesting answers there. We are a 2 life path.. it draws a parallel to the Cancer energy in astrology, so very motherly, nurturing, forgiving and caring... moreso towards the other's thoughts and feelings rather than oneself.

If you're a 2, are you also an 11? When I did mine it said 11/2 so just wondering.

Also, although I don't wish to reignite the thread I just wanted to thank everyone again for contributing. Only sometimes do I like talking about how I feel and you guys were very comforting so thank you again.

I got 11 on one site but I usually get 2 by most calculations. I don't identify with the 11 though, it seems very grand to me and I feel that I definitely cant live up to that purpose. However, I did my numerology chart with my name etc and I did have two or three 11's in my chart.
