Not sure if anyone else with Sun/Pluto either square, opposition, or especially the conjunction in their natal chart have noticed with this aspect bringing out and seeing things in people others cant. Just something about this aspect, I have Sun conjunction Pluto and I can almost immediately sense if a persons intentions are bad or not. Another thing is this tends to bring out alot hidden stuff to the surface when I am around people, like if someone is really a jerk inside or is hiding something it will come out in my presence. Its like Pluto pulls all the crude to the top for you to view first hand lol. Even though I don't want to see most of the time. Some basic online descriptions of the aspect... http://depthastrology2.com/SunPluto.htm#SunConjunctPluto http://www.cafeastrology.com/natal/sunplutoaspects.html IP: Logged |

All Pluto people think they can see stuff others can't - Moon-Pluto people too (I am one of them). How much of that is actually true and how much of it is our general inclination towards paranoia (Pluto rules that too), I have no idea.IP: Logged |

I have Moon square Pluto as well, and no I don't think its all being paranoid. And I was not bragging about this aspect, more like complaining. I would gladly trade this aspect in for a nice Sun/Venus aspect. IP: Logged |

I have Sun sextile Pluto in close orb, Pluto trine Asc and MC, Pluto singleton, etc. and I can definitely relate, except I don't see it as paranoia or a burden or anything... Everyone has their issues and has some hidden negativity sometimes, just some people have more than others and some people will rub you the wrong way more than others, so it helps to be able to sense what the other person is dealing with early on imo... Even the sextile can make me super investigative and sometimes obsessive about things though, but learning how best to direct that just comes with maturity I guess as I think it probably does with all Pluto aspectsIP: Logged |

Yes! It's like always having to know whats going on, it bothers us when were in the dark about things so it makes us want to dig even more to find out whats really happening with a person or situation. Pluto knows how to get under peoples skin though without much effort and works on a very instinctual level. IP: Logged |

Very true! I see it as we can easily cut through the bullsh*t and see what's really going on behind someone's manipulation, anger, etc. which tends to bother people.. It can be a blessing but sometimes a curse if we allow ourselves to get sucked into other people's negativity and can't stop digging deeper into the situation lol IP: Logged |

Absolutely. My old colleagues in criminology called me a human lie-detector. Sure, training helps - but it's rather innate. SUN-PLUTO conjunction in 2H, 1.5°. Also, MERC is in SCO, 3H. My VENUS is in 12H (VIR), which lends itself to my ferreting out hidden things, along with my natural detection abilities. IP: Logged |

I'm like this and Pluto doesn't aspect anything in my chart. Except that it is chart ruler. I Wonder why, then? IP: Logged |

I think Pluto-dominant people are like that in general, not just the solar plutonians. My sister for example has an unaspected Taurus moon in the 8th. She has sharp instincts and she's also a very good judge of character.Though I don't think that Pluto-dominant people can always sniff out "hidden" intentions, at least most that I know of have excellent instincts or gut feelings. I have Sun in Scorpio conjunct Pluto in the 5th. IP: Logged |

yup. I definitely think good gut feelings and judgment of characters. I have mercury and sun square pluto so the energy is a little bit tougher to bear. I agree however that we don't necessarily always sniff out people's intentions. I think that's more Scorpio rising IP: Logged |

I have sun square Pluto.I think I do catch a lot about people at first glance, but usually I like people, and I just focus on the positive while I'm interacting with them (Rabbit/Pisces moon/Venus conjunct Neptune.) Meanwhile I sense whatever "negative" behavior they're capable of from my first impressions (negative being a relative term), and will keep an eye on that, too. And I don't ignore it, even if I'm not acknowledging it in any way openly. I made a thread about this a while ago, called First Impressions. Sun Square Pluto here. I believe and take pride in the fact that I'm a great judge of one's character. Perhaps it is arrogant for me to think so, but 9 times out of 10, I'm right about people. It's cool that some Sun/Pluto aspects tend to gift people with the ability to cut through the bullsh*t. Could it be that we, Sun/Pluto people, see/feel the same things as other people, but just choose not to ignore what we sense? (I've never discussed this, in astrological terms, with anyone before.) Oh wow, I can identify with that. The only aspect Pluto makes to my Sun is a quincunx, but it's somewhat heavily aspected besides that. And in my 3rd house to boot. It's very hard for me to shut my mouth a good portion of the time, when I do feel as though I'm seeing a situation or person for what it is or who they are, and other people don't see what I'm seeing. I'm also pretty good about saying "I told ya so" when people do figure it out, which isn't particularly helpful. That part has gotten better with age, though. I often keep my thoughts to myself more than I used to, especially if I can see that the people around me have no inclination to look deeper into whatever it is. Then I just wish they would stop talking about it and let me go about my business. ------------------------------------ Pluto square Saturn Opposite Venus/Ceres Trine Mercury Sextile Neptune/NN Quincunx Sun Pisces Sun (chart Ruler) in 8th.
