Moon in Aries (unless other aspects make this a bit better) are like hell to live with. As a Pisces Moon I absorb the energy around me and Aries Moon has always a negative one because they're ungry all the time for no reason. They also have a need to control you and want you to do everything for them. Of course that's when they get familiar with you which hapoens when you libe with them for months. With other relatives and stuff they are so nice though. Definately one to love from afar.

Air Moons are cold the best of them is Aqua for me. I would definately be a friend with an Aqua Moon but I don't think I would in a relationship with them.

I'm not cold. Moon/Venus in Gemini.

We don’t know really because everyone is different. I haven’t even been around many people and even I know that generalizations almost never are right.

Moon in Sco- So intense and volcanic. I need less drama in my life emotionally.

Moon in Cap-The emotional variation of a teaspoon when it comes to empathy.

The below are mild for me. Not great or bad. Just mild.

Moon in Aquarius- Great friends. So long as you leave it there. Be around people/ crowds with them or have a long-distance rapport and not one on one. They sorely disappoint in the latter.

Gem Moon- Can seduce your mate behind your back and very "economical" with the truth. If you don't take them seriously and tell them straight up "I can see you are dodgy", the friendship will flourish.

Moon in Aries oddly enough doesn't irritate me to a point of no return. There are two fantastic ones I know. Its a childlike Moon(true) but I could forgive them their boisterous nature.

Moon in Sag is mild and not that offensive for me. Maybe cause of my Sag Sun? I don't see their reasoning as being all that original. Mostly many parrot a book/ ideology & don't think critically.'Preacher' tendencies.

I seem to get on with Libra Moon. This always surprises me as its a very emotionally cool placement. It could be because my Mars is in Libra.

I have Moon in Cancer.

I think it's a myth that water moons are loyal. I have a water moon and I haven't always been loyal. I know plenty of other water moons who haven't

Cancer moons.
I feel it's the worst placement for the moon, home allows the full-on unleashing of the shadow of the sign and when said shadow is all about child-selfish hunger for others' intimacy and emotions you can only imagine the manipulations.
The gas lighter that manages to come off as the victim and asserts their destructive power supported by the love of blindly charmed people.
Cancer moon is like sending an anorexic to toxic fat boot camp and giving them for tools to famish their bodies, except here it focuses on others' emotions. Fake and tricky as the changing shape of water.
Seriously shadow cancer is the worst and the moon is nothing but shadows.

Amazing friends... online.

Put it in Leo and conjunct Mars, square to Pluto, and you have a nice recipe for a neverending self absorbed errupting emotional volcano.

Moon in Leo in the above example is the only placement that gets me cautious.

Scorpio moons are ok, if there is any manipulation or other issues i can see it from miles away. And we usually get along alright.

I think i enjoy the practical Capricorn moon the most. Even if they can be scary practical sometimes, and even though my Gemini moon can make them feel 'meh' 😂

Interesting, I have had a few bad experiences with pisces moons (or suns), but I may have "opposite bias" with this sign, somehow I never hold pisces accountable for what other pisces have done to me ^^

I think I'm ok with scorpio moons, maybe because I have mars in scorpio, I feel they energise me, I may not want to live with one but I'm fine with their intensity.

I think fire moons aren't very good for me but I'm not wary of them, especially leo, I have venus and ASC Leo, somehow I think leo can't hurt me or something (how naive, ahem! leo of me to think so )

As a capricorn moon I won't disagree, I love my moon

i'm hardly ever angry tbh, usually juzt neutral, and when i am angry it's usually over so fast it doesn't matter i'm not one to hold grudges or spend hours dwelling on ****

i can have a bad argument then be cool a little while later as long as it isnt something really ******

i think my kite helps with that in spite of having moon square mars

i prefer to do things for myself and dont care what other people do unless it's going to directly negatively affect me i see no reason to give a ****

i'm also not particularly selfish, i'm fine with taking care of people and doing **** for them etc i prefer balance with that, and i'd feel like an ******* if everything was about me anyway because that's completely unfair

if anything i feel like the things i want are less important than what someone i care about wants because im comfortable going without and compromising

that could be the libra ascendant-venus opposing my moon i guess

my mother is an aries moon and not particularly selfish either and she's very rarely angry

she also has moon trine uranus in her chart and she's a libra sun (she has a moon-sun opposition)

my ex and her mother on the other hand (also both aries moons) do have the anger issues, temper tantrums, really selfish attitudes you describe where the slightest thing will set them off and turn into this huge deal, no compromising no budging etc it's what they want or else everyone is going to be miserable

im not 100% on whether they share any moon aspects or not

edit: one thing we all have in common is a certain level of childishness/immaturity that can be really playful, also a tendency to like to tease people and **** like that

bad tempers all around when set off too

Yeah 8th house moon... not the best experiences with them.. really with any Scorpio placement Im a bit scared. As much as I dislike my moon sign Id rather keep it than have it in Scorpio of the 8th house

My Capricorn Moon is conjunct Neptune/Uranus in the 8th house. 👋 I believe being at the 29th degree makes it exceptional.

I really like cancer moons but I can agree it might be one of the "worst" placements for the moon...because it seems just to be super overwhelming for anyone who has it, like they are constantly overtaken by the tide of their emotions...and yeah I have experienced some gas lighting and playing the victim with that placement, but I love cancer moons. you just have to know how to deal with them.

I have a Scorpio Moon.
I think the love of my life should have a Scorpio Moon like me, too.

The Moons that I had the most problems with are:
- Leo Moon: Obsessed with superficial matters, and the world had to revolve around him.
- Libra Moon: superficiality and disloyalty
- Gemini Moon: very funny but treacherous. I do not want to repeat.
- Pisces Moon: it is strange, because my Scorpio moon in theory is compatible with the Pisces Moon, but I could not fully open with this Moon. It was all very superficial, too.

I am looking for an intimate and private connection, from soul to soul, and that is why I believe that the love of my life should have a Scorpio Moon like me. I don't know if other Moons can offer me that.

I don't think I've ever been called predictable once in my entire life lol on the opposite, I often get misread as having mood swings because people don't read the signals, including cancers ^^

I love that what you say to "defend" cancer moons is exactly the trap I think they're guilty of Poor cancerians, victims of their tidal waves of emotions.... please, we all have emotions, somehow something about cancer always makes it seem like theirs are more precious, more intense than others and I dislike that, it's like emotional elitism and the fact they build unconditional love for themselves from others based on that makes them people I want to keep away.
The best way to deal with them for me is distance. I would trust a cancer moon therapist, psychic.... any day, I do think they can get tuned brilliantly, but in my private life or in an "equal" relationship at work, I do not want it anymore. Without the serious check of them having the power over of me and the ensuing responsibility as in a therapeutic relationship, I only trust cancer to do what it does: creep in and suck the emotion out. I honestly think it's no hazard if the disease and the sign share the same symbol, something about that emotional fluidity seems to want to conquer and invade others' emotions, it's highly unpleasant.
I like cancers, they're natural friends, but the work they require to protect myself from them makes for relationships where I never let my guard down, so I'd rather keep it professional.

If a planet is in it's home like Cancer Moon is, there is no way it is the worst place. That goes against all the tenets of astrology.

Sorry if I offended your cancer moon, didn't mean to establish/question any tenet, felt the post was about experience and personal feelings and thus implicitly highly subjective

I have a Cancer moon and this made me laugh

", I only trust cancer to do what it does: creep in and suck the emotion out. I honestly think it's no hazard if the disease and the sign share the same symbol, something about that emotional fluidity seems to want to conquer and invade others' emotions, it's highly unpleasant."

It's really not accurate for me but it is funny how you worded it and I believe that is your experience. It's quite descriptive of my dad who is an Aries sun with Pisces moon. Now he is draining, oh Gosh. So can my sister be, too (although I love her) who has a Sag moon.

You get me! (if only there was a font for sarcasm, irony, drama... ) I mean that so much lol but only cause I'm at that point in life when those two words together evoke a horrible twit I had to cohabitate with for a while; I'm also SO open to the possibility of meeting a lifelong BFF with a cancer moon tomorrow ! lol I'll be wary like an idiot and proven wrong, what can I say? life ^^
I think a lot of moons can be like that, though yes, Pisces moon, I see it, especially with Aries, something with aries and water signs, it's not always pretty, join the club of the funny "worders"!
