They are, aren't they?
But with Mars and Pluto involved, it is always a double-edged sword.
The mars person always seems to be the one who is the first to be stirred, whether by anger or by a need to change the status quo.
However, a relationship with a Pluto person means the shoe is now on the other foot. It is the Pluto person that is easily provoked to anger and extreme feelings by the Mars individual.
With the Moon/Mars connection, the Mars person may grow very protective of the Moon individual or even jealous of the company they keep.
It is also likely that it is the Mars person that will start to boss around/bully the Moon person. The Mars person will be the dominating one here.
If it is the conjunction, the Moon person is unlikely to take this all too seriously and will play along.
If it is the opposition or square, the Moon person's resistance will come across as defensiveness, over-sensitivity and "over-reacting" to the Mars person. The Moon person can be easily hurt /put off by Mars.
With the Sun/Mars aspect, there is likely to be competition between the two(initiated by Mars)as the Mars person may, at times, be critical of the Sun person or even claim to be "better".
If it's the conjunction, the competition is friendly and there are no hard feelings.
If it's the square or opposition, there is some undermining tactics and an inability by either to show any signs of "weakness"/ surrender to the other. This is the "frenemy" aspect also.
The Mars/Pluto aspect is one where the Pluto person is very controlling of Mars. There is a likelihood for the Pluto individual's influence on the Mars person to be HUUGE. A strong emotional tone here is likely and things get very SERIOUS between the two people concerned.
The way this plays out can be twofold.
1) If the Pluto person is supportive of Mars(usually when there is a conjunction between the two), they can be very instrumental in having the Mars person reach their goals. This is also the "I can go all night long" aspect as Pluto keeps the energy of Mars going.
2) If the Pluto person tries to take control/ overpower the Mars person(usually with the square or opposition aspect), this aspect can be very demoralizing for the Mars person.
It is always the Pluto individual who will seek "more" than their fair share and be so demanding. But also, on the other hand, it is also the Pluto person who will simply seem to "shut down" if the Mars person says "Not tonight dear, I have a meeting tomorrow".
With this aspect, Pluto seeks the upper hand and the Pluto individual will just have to learn to share power here. If not, the relationship will be painful for them.
There are other aspects like;
Sun/Pluto aspects are the power couple. Pluto infuses the Sun with purpose and clarity whilst the Sun makes Pluto famous/ gain notoriety.
Moon/Pluto aspects are the " I see what you truly are" aspects. It is often a very powerful aspect between the two and if Pluto resists being loved by the Moon person(which often happens with the opposition/square), Pluto will cut off all contact with the Moon person.
Venus/Pluto aspects are for an important relationship that will transform both inside /out. It may not be easy to carry on without the other by their side.
Venus/Mars aspects has each person contributing something worthwhile to the other. Mars introduces pure passion whilst Venus wants an ally, friend or partner.
If both want the same thing, then perfect. If not, the two will go their own way with no hard feelings. The attraction usually starts again when the two are in close proximity to each other.
This is not the case , however, when Venus/Pluto separate. There is often devastation and heavy feelings that linger on.The two don't even have to be in the same country that even the thought of each other is enough to relive those feelings over and over.
