Yes now that you mention it.
I'm a Leo but I also have Pluto on ascendant 1st house.
I have noticed it though in people at work, my mom and dad (Aries and Sag)

Normally they are blue with a yellow center ring.

 Ed Sheeran has the ultimate aqua eyes Tbh I don't think Scorpios eyes count as electric, nor do taurus and Leo's. Scorps are watery, deeeeep, magnetic
Taurus have typical earth eyes.

Kero it's obvious someone enhanced the color of his eyes with some kind of photo shop software in that photo. Bet the guy who enhanced it was Aqua sun.IP: Logged |

As soon as you see him in person a couple of inches from your eyes I will be happy to read your report. Notice in the two photos his eyes aren't even the same color? In the first one it definitely looks like he's wearing contact lenses. You can tell by that glassy look and even shade. IP: Logged |
