I have Venus in Libra on Spica in 8th house "cusp" and Pluto in Scorpio also in 8th house..they are there..they are conjunct in Scorpio in my progressed chart + my sun has progressed to Libra along with my Mercury, lol.Natally I have venus trine ASC exact..Venus sextile Uranus, but Venus in Libra and in 8th house..yes..definitely..Moon squares both Venus + Pluto as well.. Venus+Pluto on the Ascendant especially in either Libra or Scorpio..definitely! My friend (people say we resemble one another..has to do with other aspects on our chart though) always "stole" the attention from the boys while in school  I did get my fair share, but when I was with her...not much  ------------------

I may not be the most classically beautiful woman in the room, but I attract attention from both sexes. Mars, Neptune, Lilith, Venus aspect my ASC. One of my closest friend's boyfriend told me I was one of the sexiest women he has ever met. Hearing that from a gay man is one of the best compliments I have ever gotten.------------------
