^Yes to icing out. If one, say, decides to move out, s/he will take a jet black Ferrari after slamming the front door closed, with a pair of black shades and a blank expression on their face, and won't look back once as s/he revs up the engine to speed off towards the sunset, only leaving a cloud of dust behind. ^Scorpio here.IP: Logged |

This question is too generalistic...Depends on the Scorpio, there are other placements that come into play here, as well as maturity, the reasons for breaking up, etc. Some will ice you out, others will tell you straight up... It really depends. As a general rule though, Scorpio men will just drop off the face of the earth and turn cold, while the women will want to clear things out and set clear boundaries. He told me directly...but don't let that fool you. Scorpios who don't want you still like having a way to keep tabs on you & when they get the occasional wild hair to contact you they will..if only to see if you still have a flame for them & if you allow them too mind fcuk you then disappear again. That's why when one breaks up with you don't do the typical contacting them to get "answers" just go straight NC. Block them from EVERYTHING. They're expecting you to blow them up ,then getting the satisfaction of "icing you out". It throws them off when you don't & they start to wonder if you really cared in the first place. I didn't do exactly this.. But after a month of NC I sent an email telling how I felt but I worded it in a way that told him I moved on & didn't need him in my life & wasn't wanting a response from him. Men tend to be more territoral than women, and that is doubly true for Scorpio (or more generally - Plutonian) men. They wanna make sure you're "theirs" even if they don't wanna be with you anymore and even if they're involved with someone else (and yet if you get involved with someone else they're like "HOW COULD YOU??!! YOU SAID YOU LOVED ME!" err, right, cause I was gonna put up with all your **** and wait for you eternally).

Thanks everyone! I think I'm going to follow your advice. I'm not sure if him and I are broken up, or is just withdrawing from me temporarily, but I was definitely wondering what I should do next. I'm just going No Contact completely.

Well good luck, I mean if someone wants to engage in their little games more power to them, but me I don't have time for that. I think what mine did was a test, because he never iced me out before hand..and if he was I didn't notice because I wasn't contacting him anyway lol.. After I told him to just leave my key at the door he claimed he didn't know which one was mine..LIES....it was on its own key ring. I said eff it just keep it and go because I didn't want to see his face..he didn't magically figure out which key it was & still has it. He didn't even ask for his stuff back but I threw it outside in a bag. What were the rest of his planets? Moon? Venus? Ascendant? Yep, not off Facebook yet... Maybe he's not done with the torture yet. My first bf was actually a Scorp, so I completely forgot how they operate!! The silences are annoying....... IP: Logged |

Yes that is the best approach, he even years later told me I should have done that and he would have been all over me bc he was in love with me. Then more time passed and 10 years after the break up he finally tells me he regrets letting me go. ... but now I can say both of us are truly over each other. IP: Logged |

The closest I am to Scorpio is Pluto conjunct asc. Uranus in Scorpio trine moon if that matters. Many times it ends up that I blow up and then ice out. Mutual friends and all.
Once I got a moving truck while they were at work and just disappeared. 
Ironically the Scorpio sun that I went out with years ago had a very peaceful end with no drama whatsoever. IP: Logged |

Not trying to hijack this thread...
But how would a female scorpio do it ?Am a Pisces sun/ Aires moon. She's a Scorpio sun/ Leo moon Its not a relationship, Were both married to different people (she an Aires me a Gemini...) She wanted a friends with benefits I wanted some romance before sex...so I am iced out now....after I told her I loved her....one time she iced me for 3 weeks after I got mad and called her names..then after 3 weeks of my begging she agreed to talk..and we talked for 2 hers on the phone..she gave me another chance, but also told me that she doesn't love me..straight arrow to my heart...then the next day I text a good morning message..no reply.. I have my asc square pluto and sun/mars in the 8th house. I can relate to this. If there is way too much emotions and I feel that it's not reciprocated, I tell them the surface of how I feel and then completely cut them off. ICE COLD. I did the same thing to my boyfriend of 4 years. I went from all in to all out when he cheated on me (disloyalty as I call it). I cut him completely off. Just like that and I actually (kind of ) enjoyed the torture. He would leave cute notes on my car windshield and I would completely ignore it. I delete him from my Facebook and all. But I would still look at his fb from time to time to see what was going on with him. My cousin works with him, so I hear things about him once in a while.
