Virgo Sun, Pisces Rising, Mars in the 6th house, Neptune square the ASC/DSC axis..

Some say it's the Virgo stuff and the 6th house. I recently read it's a Neptune issue.

Who else has it?

I usually get it after a friend or a relative suffers a major health issue. Hearth attacks, strokes, etc..Shortly after i hear it, i start walking around with my cellphone dialed to 911 only a click away, because i am sure as hell that i am about to have it.

I dont feel any of it if I don't hear about other people having it. So I am just closing my ears if someone is about to tell me about a medical condition. other than that, I am a happy little thing.

my Sun is on the DSC, from the 6th house (1 degree away).
Mercury closely trines my Neptune.

Well for as long as I can remember she has been "in pain". And any tiny inkling of pain turns into a symptom for some disease and all sorts of tests and doctors visits. I think my brother inherited this behavior from her as he is constantly complaining about some "pain" in his body he needs to go get checked out despite being young and healthy. I think she really does have pain, but that she tends to exaggerate it often. She definitely has had a lot of real health issues but it is her overreaction to anything health related that I roll my eyes at. One time when I was a kid there was a very very tiny trace amount of blood in my urine (likely from a period) and I ended up having to do tons of blood tests (which i hatee) and seeing several doctors because she wanted to "be sure".

Also want to share this video/article on the "nocebo" effect, and how ones mind can literally harm your health, like the placebo effect but the opposite result.

I find that some people can turn a mild symptom into a mysterious illness with the power of their own minds by focusing on it too much, becoming paranoid and starting to look for other symptoms which becomes like a chain effect. I notice people doing this for different reasons, some people want the attention, and some people have deeper emotional issues that they refuse to aknowledge, through which their mind tries to find a physical symptom for something psychological that they do not want to address. For some people like my mom, it seems to come from fear and paranoia, especially coming from where she did growing up, there was not a lot of modern health care and a small issue could result in untimely death.

Virgo is very "body & health aware"
Your sun being such a personal planet and being placed here would suggest your its a personal issue

Your Asc(health, physical body) being Pisces would lead me to think you think of your body like a sanctuary, you want peace with it

6th house (enemies, disease) Mars (soldier, fighter, Unnecessary anger)

So I would think when someone has a heart attack its triggering your mars and its making you want to protect "you/your body/your health"
