How much attention to you pay to them and what have you observed? Does anyone have the knowledge on dispositors in houses?------------------ I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy. IP: Logged |

They can be important. For example, my NN and VX are in Scorpio and 8th. Pluto is their dispositor and it is in Libra and 6th conjunct DC. Because of Pluto's influence, I know fulfilling my NN and VX has to do something with relationships and analysing matters from multiple point of views. In that way, dispositors subtly affect it's disposited planet. I haven't seen much literature on it, probably because I haven't sought it out. I know Kevin Burk mentions it in his book and teaches how to do dispositor trees to see which planet is the grand daddy of all dispositors. I can't remember the name of him book, I'll to have found out again. IP: Logged |

Recently I've figured out how much harder it is to have a planet square its dispositor than trine its dispositor. My Aquarius Mercury is tightly square Scorpio Uranus. Generally speaking, Mercury/Uranus has its pros and cons, a person can be a little nutty, but in a good way. For me, sometimes Uranus totally squelches Mercury. Scorpio obsessions can paralyze my thinking, or I can fall into a dark funk where there really isn't anything to think about or process (Mercury) because the funk is so mysterious, I don't even know where to start rationalizing. On the other hand, my Sag Venus and Neptune are trine their dispositor Aries Jupiter. It's hard to describe, but when I was single, this definitely gave me an advantage, attracting the guys I was interested in. Expressing my affections comes much easier to me (Venus/Jupiter) than expressing my thoughts (Uranus/Mercury.)

I too have such aspects. Libra Moon square Venus and Taurus Mars trine Venus. The trine doesn't help much though. I hardly express my Mars physically.------------------ I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy. IP: Logged |

Well, you're not supposed to, when it's in Taurus. You're just supposed to eat, relax, smell the roses. IP: Logged |

Good thing you're funny or else you might have trouble with your weight. Seriously though...I forgot to say that my 9H Aries Jupiter is disposited by Gemini Mars and they are exactly sextile (0.00 orb.) If Mars were disposited by Jupiter, I might be more active. Since it's the other way around, I just fritter away my energies talking. I was even an English major so I could be extra, super fluent. IP: Logged |

I noticed even if a planet is in fall or detriment if it conjuncts its diposistor it acts as if it's in a friendly sign or if the planet is already in a friendly sign it acts as if it's domicile. Like mercury in sag conjunct Jupiter Sun in Pisces conjunct Neptune Venus in Virgo conjunct mercury IP: Logged |

Is this a real person? With a 5H stellium, I would expect Leo behavior (modulated by the signs and planets, of course), adding Jupiter's dispositor and moon-Mars just turns up the heat/volume, and with 4H Venus all that passion and charm might get channelled into establishing a beautiful home life. I totally did that on purpose so you could LOL and burn off your lunch. See, I care for you. Not just because you were born the same day as Elvis. Just mostly because of that. Anyhoo, your question has exceeded my ability to offer a legitimate, grounded opinion, especially without knowing the signs. 'Hoping an expert comes round to enlighten you.
