I'm the exact same way. It's not only a 12th house trait yes, it's a Pisces trait. Every Taurus I've known personally were very controlled by their emotions, especially when in love. IP: Logged |

Cancers can appear cold so yes makes a lot of sense. What don't you get, the question? IP: Logged |

Yeah I think that comes from my sag merc/mars in 9th and nn in sag in the 3rd house, I always want to know more about people/things. About not fitting into family, I feel this way too, like I feel they are too conventional for me, I feel detached towards my parents, and never felt like I received nurturing, I'm on the path to healing myself. I tend to believe the sun and moon affected most of all and other planets yes but to a lesser degree. 1- moon 2- sun But it may depend greatly on aspects, strength of the planet, etc. Example my Leo sun, and Virgo mercury. Maybe even the strength of the planet that naturally rules the house. Or... My Venus in 12 aspects Neptune which may give it that much more Pisces flavors. (not sure... Barbiegirl19 may know that better) IP: Logged |

But... Pisces don't keep their emotions private, Scorpios do (like Scorpio Moon for example). Under anonymity (on a forum where nobody knows them) - they might spill something, but in private - unless they feel like it (which they rarely do) - you'd have better luck braking into safe than getting something out of them. At least, that was my experience with Scorpio Moons - in private that is (2 of them so far). Maybe others have better luck - maybe it's just me (that's also possible).------------------ [☼ ► ♊ ... ☾ ► ♈ ... Ⓐsc. ► ♋] New Skins/Themes for Linda-Goodman forum IP: Logged |

5H Sag. I get along better with Sag than Leo. (But then maybe my Leo asc just doesn't like competition. )IP: Logged |

We have identical house and sign north node. My mars is in the 9th and my mercury in the 12th. I agree with what you're saying. I've always had just a really weird upbringing. Fights with both parents and never really close. IP: Logged |

They keep deeper parts of themselves either to themselves or to a loved one. Pisces are extremely intuitive. More so than Scorpio. When I think of private or hidden anything Pisces comes to mind. Secrets, self-undoing and dreams all Pisces. IP: Logged |

I'm just curious how conflicting energies might work together. So, do you reveal emotion that maybe you don't feel so vulnerable about and keep in emotion that you feel could be used against you or make you feel too exposed? How does that end up working out? IP: Logged |

I really don't know how many Scorpio mooners you've met but I can tell you there will always be secrets they won't tell you or anyone. Secrets about the deepest parts of them. In fact, they're often so deep that they don't even know everything they're actually hiding. I can guarantee you a Scorpio moon will get a Pisces noon to spill the emotional beans before vice versa ever happens. The intensity of emotion seals this deal. People are scared by Scorpio moon emotions since they are so potent and so raw. My friend is almost full Scorpio with Pisces moon and I'm even more secretive than him when it comes to emotions. Liken Pisces to the vastness of the ocean and Scorpio to its depth. Cancer is the movement of it. These 3 parts comprise the entirety of the oceanic existence. IP: Logged |

Very Aries like! It makes sense. The first house is the house of self image and so happens to be where the ascendant is of course. How you are and how everyone sees you, with your moon being there it makes perfect sense. IP: Logged |

I was very close to one and the rawness and intensity annoyed me more than anything but they were also a cancer sun. IP: Logged |

I can guarantee you that was the cancer sun. They loooooove showing their emotions and Scorpio moon would just make it extreme like you said. Scorpio moon with any other placement would be less inclined to do so. IP: Logged |

Well obviously. I'm talking about the house and that sign associated with the house. How that sign is related to whatever planet falls into its house. Scorpio is associated with passion, death, sex and obsession. Someone with their moon in the 8th will be very much like a Scorpio emotionally or whatever. Just like all that I said about Pisces and someone like me who's a Libra but has 4 12th house influences. I'm a libra obviously but also very Piscean. That's all I'm saying. IP: Logged |

7H Moon & it is Pisces. I do feel BOTH house & sign. I mother the other. People from ALL walks of life come to me with their woes. I would do everything in my power to help them. I did not realize what a drain it was until I had my daughter in 2005. She forced me to create boundaries. The backlash was unbelievable. My marriage fell apart, most of my family turned against me, etc.. I am grateful for my little Aries spitfire for burning away the Neptunian fog.------------------ Claire "When going gets weird, the weird turn pro." -HST IP: Logged |

That sounds very Libran fighting for justice! That's me to a T. How cool. You're lucky! I loooove my 12th house influences but I'd loove it even more if my libra were where they belong. I don't even feel like a Libra besides a few obvious things. IP: Logged |

Gemini moon in the 12th. I do feel Piscean in some ways. I have super strong emotions, I am fueled by them in most areas of my life. But I do not show them very much, because I don't know how and sometimes I just don't want to. I don't want to feel vulnerable like I used to because I've gotten hurt many times when I was younger, so I've noticed as I've gotten older and matured more than I keep a whole lot to myself now and really don't share anything with anyone anymore. I'm sure there are people out there who think I'm a strange enigma. I don't think I appear ice cold at all, in fact I'd say 98% of the time I don't. I am very friendly and warm and I like to make people and strangers feel good. But I am incredibly shy. Because I tend to keep my real emotions hidden, there is a whole world locked inside of me that most people aren't aware of. And part of it is my fault and I try to own up to that (house of self-undoing). But I know it is because I am afraid of giving myself away to things and people, and many times I just feel unable to express emotion because my emotions are unexplainable even to myself, so I have trouble explaining them to others. It's quite funny that I have had a few people tell me over the past year that I appear as if I don't have any emotions, but they do not know or understand how deeply untrue that is. I have actually always intuitively felt as a young child amongst my peers that I held more emotion in me than others did/felt things more deeply, and I felt right away that that set me apart. I strongly struggle with feeling misunderstood. It's hard for me to put a lot of my emotions in words, because I just feel.------------------ Leo sun Cancer ascendant Gemini moon IP: Logged |

Lucky for me I was never really shy. Younger years a little but not severely. I felt like you went inside my head and read all of my thoughts. I can be really cold when pushed over. But it takes a looooooot to do so. Where's your mars?
